Help with marionette lines

Ok so I want something done about my marionette and nose to mouth lines. Hit me with what will help please - I don't want pillow look and I know less is more. Am soon to be 55, on holiday and in the mood 😂

Don't have then filled you will look like Homer Simpson
I'm told a bit of cheek filler is the way to go but I'm not brave enough yet

Don’t be daft, I had filler two years ago and to this day I don’t think anyone has noticed, nor did I look like Homer Simpson. And it felt like a lot of money to me but it has lasted very well. I would do it again for sure.

Ok here's a pic of me right now and yes it's a bit unflattering with all the shadows but probably a true representation. I will post myself in other lights and full face if needed I'm not shy 😂

@EssCarGo did you have it in the lines themselves or the cheeks?

Have you tried a Caci facial ? I have one a month , it costs around £60, it works really well on lines and wrinkles

I was recommended micro needling. It takes a few months for you to start noticing the difference but it really works

Part of the problem is that you lose fat from the tops of your cheeks where the fat pads start separating and descending. A bit of filler in there can give the illusion of lift. Biostimulators like sculptra give a good, subtle improvement also. Take a look at The Tweakment Guide, Alice hart Davies has had pretty much every treatment going (and looks wonderful) so is able to advise and there's also a good guide to practitioners in your area.

And this is now, no top up required yet

You do not have a lot of volume in your face so I think you could have quite a lot of filler without looking pillowy.

Some filler in your marionettes, nasolabial folds and cheeks will make a big difference.

Did it hurt?

@SchnitzelAgain I had the numbing cream stuff first. It was ok the ones in the corner of my nose hurt well not hurt it was like you know when you have an injection at the dentist and it feels like nerve type weird? Like that. The others were ok it took about 20 minutes. Out of 10 i'd say the first ones 4 and the rest 2

@AfogatoFirenze Did you have the filler injected directly into the marionette and nasal lines? Or did they go higher up along the cheek bone to 'lift' the cheeks which in turn lifts the lines? Or all 3?

@PersonOnTheInside i had cheeks and spread around the lower face as well im afraid I don't know if it was direct in the lines or not but I do know I had it each side of the nose. I'm going to post some more pics in a sec bare with
