Help with marionette lines

Ok so I want something done about my marionette and nose to mouth lines. Hit me with what will help please - I don't want pillow look and I know less is more. Am soon to be 55, on holiday and in the mood 😂

Maybe she just has very full lips? All I can see, which is what you're alluding to, is her top lip seems to curve up slightly on the edge below her nose, but that may be 100% natural.

Looks amazing OP! Most posters on MN are very anti fillers as they only see overly injected faces and think this will be the result. Yours looks really natural. I would imagine the filler might hang around for longer than two years-that’s my experience anyway. I’ve found it can last up to ten years. I recently had ultrasound guided temple filler and the doctor could see old filler in my cheeks that was done about 8 years ago. I’m pleased as I am happy with the filler placement.
