ooh interesting perfume muse picks- I got the same as @IDontHateRainbows last time ( BDK, drake, banana republic, Billie Eilish, Ellie Saab, etc) so different!

SOTD santal musc by narciso rodriguez. Very masculine but nice- not my sandalwood temple replacement though…

Its really a lot more chilled than that. You are in a private room with refreshments and sat down. No pressure, I think liberty avoid pressure tactics they know it puts people off. Besides as you pay for the experience, and its not redeemable on product, it feels like you pay for what you get and its not like they are trying to make you buy more. As opposed to if it was free you may feel more obligated to buy something.

I got 3 BTSO’ as well.and so more BDK’s If it runs again next month I’m going to get one of the BTSO discovery sets.

That does sound pretty fun (for a normal person...I still suspect I'd have trouble arranging my face appropriately 😆)

I had a good perfume shopping day on London yesterday. In addition to the ex nihilo sample set (5 x 7.5ml) i picked up a ds and durga set again 5 x 7.5ml, which has my favourite radio bombay plus pistachio and rose Atlantic which I wanted, plus idkw and debaser which I already have but will sell on.

I also got another liberty man kit which includes Abel Miami split. Couldn't leave liberty without one kit at least

Tried Glossier You Doux for the first time today (I think from SNK BAC). It really reminds me of other stuff I have. I think it might be most like the new Summer Fridays Sunlit Vanilla. I really like it but I def have too many that are similar.

I have finally smelled PdM Valaya! Gosh, it is rather lovely isn’t it?!

Perfum Muse delivered today! 🥳 Had a really busy day and had to quickly spray a few of them onto arm spaces for sniffing on the go. Now settled into my micro camper after a sauna and wild swim - good longevity on some of the samples!! Noyz Sh*tty Day has evolved interestingly. Vanille Supermassive was pleasingly woody (like actual planks of wood).

Poor DH is now going to be "entertained" with fragrance chat and spraying for a while. Captive audience.

@IDontHateRainbows I had absolutely no need for loads more samples. I really shouldn't have bought this. But thank you for your signpost.... I'm in heaven. Blissful Saturday evening.

@Doglover73 I have this and like it but don’t love it. It does layer well, though, especially with a vanilla eg Vanilla Haze.

Have bigger sizes but font want to open if I dont like

I messed up a Notino order and bought 2 Monotheme lemon, I'd meant to order 1 lemon and 1 orange. Its not a disaster though as it was very cheap and I love it it. I may take one on holiday to share with DH & DS (20) for during the day as its lovely and fresh. May also be useful as a room scent

Ugh! Ladies ( I think ?) I will take all the Sandalwood Temples off your hands. I liked it, and now have grown to love it.

I’m buying the odd travel one here and there and trying to find something to replace it. I’m on a mission for a replacement and so far only have 1 possible out of many samples- everything is too white floral, with c. 5 or 6 samples to go…

sotd This is Her! Zags & Voltaire (see above, floralsandalwood, not for me, has a milky note which always smells rancid on me - e.g. Commodity Milk made me heave )

I love Lumière Dorée! It's just gorgeous. The underlying notes (cashmere wood and white musk?) elevate it beyond your normal citrus. Perfect for summer.

@Lurkingshark have you tried Tam Dao by Diptyque? The EDT is my perfect sandalwood, although I will admit to bias as they’re my favourite house. Travel sizes are easy to find on Vinted as it’s in the Air Qatar amenity kit.

Does anyone love Liberty Tana Meadow? I think it’s too sweet for me so I’m up for giving my little sample away to anyone that likes it! Let me know!

I didnt think id like Swimming Pool after some descriptions and the name but as we know so different on different people. 🤩

Didnt realise it was in there. Should have bought a fresh nd a floral instead of 2 floral but rushing 🤔🤩

SOTD Narcisco Rodriguez For Her, goes on very white floral then settles into a pretty soft powdery musk. I think I like it, but both of the NR samples I've tried are more floral than I'd typically choose.

I have an unopened 10ml one and an opened one about 1/3 gone... Will pm u
