Chloe nomade nuit d'egypte again. Its a lovely warm spicy vanilla but it doesn't last long.

I tried some new M&S studio perfumes yesterday. Loved the tonka tabac,it stayed on for hours which was unexpected. Definitely got the plum note and tonka.There were some vanilla ones which would suit in colder weather as well. I would say get the sampler set for 12 quid in the autumn if you are looking to meet spending threshold for their BAC.

SOTD was Montale Holy Musk from the Harrods tote. I like this and felt subtle enough for the office. Quite sweet and powdery. I dislike the bottle though, the spray bit keeps falling off.

Bdk impadia today. Fruity, bright rose. Like it occasionally but it can feel too much all the time. Harrods fragrance calendar has it for anyone who managed to snare one.

I'm pleased to be getting one of these as Impadia has been on my wish list but I'm irked it's a dabber when I know BDK do 10ml sprays. There should be a law against dabbers.

Even the absolu doesnt' last that long, although I am probably a bit noseblind. Shame as it is one of my favourite scents. Explains how I got through a full bottle since xmas and now onto a second one. ..

I have the matching body wash as well as the absolu version which helps a bit if you layer but it's not the most long lasting of scents. That said, I've noticed other people seem to be able to smell it on me longer than I can on myself.

SOTD tried the new la bomba intense as I went past a perfume shop. It's nice and I like a lot of Herrera but it's a bit too juicy and sweet this one. Prefer good girl.

My adidas perfume came today. Mineral, sort of laundry and clean, not huge projection. Dried down almost identical to a soft version of replica bubble bath. For the price I’m pleased, it’s a throw on I can overspray and not offend!

Bibbi deep lotus is bedtime scent. Starts off tart blackcurrant but soon smoothes out.

I was sent a sample of the new Estée Lauder perfume, Glimmer. I had to sign an NDA for it but now that they've released posters, I think I can talk about it. It is gorgeous, feels very warm on the skin and I like it for a summers evening, so it's been my SOTE. I probably won't buy a full bottle of it as I don't think it's anything different, but I wouldn't say no to it if it was free 😀

Ds durga rose Atlantic. This is a light powdery rose. Not getting salty or aquatic notes. Maybe slightly. Enjoyable.

Ô de Lancôme layered with MG Lemon to really bring out the citrus!

I ordered Florist Ellis Brooklyn, I am nearly done with my 10ml. I love it in the spring - it's like walking in flower shop with many flowers and greens and on sale in Space NK.

The Harvey Nicks situation is a shame, they most definitely will close in Dublin.

Shame about HN although they have already announced the fragrance calendar this year so hopefully thats ok. Will all HN turn into HOFs? Our HOF is dystopian.
