Interailing summer dress

Hi I'm going to be inter-railing this summer. Its going to be hot and I'll have a rucksack. I'm looking for a bomb proof dress that can literally be screwed up and chucked in a bag for the evenings. I'm 56, 5ft 4 size 10 , decent boobs, nothing really above the knee pls. Cheap and needs to be able to be slung in a sink and wrung out to dry over night. Is there such a thing? thank you

I’ve got this dress and it’s light and airy and very comfortable. No creases as it’s cheesecloth and can be dressed up with gold sandals and jewellery.

Is the Uniqlo dress wearable in warmer weather say mid 25c?

Thank you! I actually ordered and tried that on recently but the waist really didn’t do me any favours and made me look dumpy 😂. I think I need something without any fuss at the waist sadly. Thanks for the suggestion though :)

I've worn it on a really hot day in London with no issues. The fabric feels a bit stiff and plasticky when you touch it but it feels fine on and falls very nicely especially if you have a larger stomach.

Mountain Warehouse have a similar dress they release every year in different colours and prints, a knee length, kind of skater style, round neck, short sleeves, cotton with pockets. They are brilliant for this type of activity, pretty bomb proof, I've never ironed them, look smart enough for visiting attractions or an evening out, plus have knees and shoulders covered in case needed for some attractions visiting.
