Anyone tried hyaluronic acid filler for changes to the outer labia?

Doreknocker · 22/05/2026 16:54

Almost 50 and my outer labia are getting a bit deflated.

Can get uncomfortable in tight trousers and also it doesnt look as nice as it used to - have had laser hair removal all over so it does show.

Any insight or recommendations foe intimate filler - I would want hyaluronic acid not fat transfer.....?

Im in London.

Remember the anal bleaching thread? Could this be the same person?

I had no idea labia “enhancement “ was a thing. Every day is a school day.

Have you considered molding your own OP? Play Dough? Air Drying clay?

Remember Joey with the Silly Putty?

It really helped my bladder issues and discomforts

That's good to know - thank you :)
I wonder why my GP hasn't suggested it?
It annoys me that you seem to have to know that these things exist and then ask for them before getting anything! V annoying 🙄

Steeleydan · 22/05/2026 19:51

Omg ive just googled labiaplasty!! And got to the before and after pics 😲🤢

I had my clitoris injected to help improve sensitivity and also improve bladder weakness last summer!!.....can't say it helped massively.....not worth the money or pain let's put it that way! (I did have numbing cream but it was still a bit OMG!!)

FRIGGING HELL!!!!!!
The thought of a needle going anywhere near my nethers has me reaching for the smelling salts gin

LaurieFairyCake · 22/05/2026 20:13

I for one am really glad the OP posted this Flowers

I’ve been completely unable to put my oestrogen cream in and I’m getting atrophy and general bloody weirdness down there.

You’ve made me do it, thanks. (Just couldn’t bear the thought of injections)

I knowww! I must be mad! It's called the O-shot. It's v expensive in the UK so I had it done in a clinic in Poland which was a fifth of the price. DH and I went on a long weekend to Gdańsk - which was gorgeous and I had it done at the same time. I think it has helped a little to improve sensitivity down there (who knew that even that can get less with age?!.....oh the joys of getting older!)..but I don't think it was worth the ££ to have it done again. I was numbed which helped but there were a couple of injections that took my breath away a bit 😳🫨

My favourite thing about this thread is that it was posted in style and beauty.

This is all very illuminating

I had a tiny amount in my cheeks about 3 years ago and it hasnt gone away. That's a good thing imo! They were done properly and deeply and havent migrated at all.

It depends on a lot of factors i think.

Your bum cheeks?

I’m 54 and same flaps haven’t changed. Is this the same as a designer vagina? Gemma Collins had this done.

I am NOT Googling this , I have learned my lesson many years ago (Dragon Butter )

I have no plans to have anything injected into my face and certainly not my labia !

Good do not Google it put me right off, Lord only knows what Ken thinks of it.

I have just started using ovesse over the counter it's an estrogen cream used directly into the vagina what a difference I am on conti patches bit needed a bit extra this has made such a difference I feel so much more comfortable down below ! U can get it on prescription but I can buy over the counter x

Where do you buy it over the counter? I’ve got Vagirux pessaries but wanted to use the cream externally as well and my HRT nurse won’t give both together even though lots of people use them both.

FeelingSadToday1 · 22/05/2026 19:46

I made the mistake of googling this. I came across a set of before and after pictures! There was a picture from behind and in the after she looked like she had testicles!

Surely if too puffy and testicle size they’re going to chafe?

Well mine were watering hearing that OP has had laser hair removal in that area- I had my legs done and the ankle and shin bone area was spicy enough I can’t imagine having my labia done! That said I do get tears in my eyes plucking out stray nostril hairs maybe I’m just over sensitive.

Maybe someone needs to invent an LED labia mask like the ones you get for your face. I’d say something like FaceGym but I doubt that would take off can’t really see it myself in somewhere like Selfridges lots of labia being gua shuaed and slapped and pummelled with mini gym balls etc but they’d make a killing on selling the overpriced Labia balm post workout serum I expect.

I do enjoy plucking nostril hairs because it makes me sneeze and I love a good sneeze

Pricelessadvice · 22/05/2026 22:04

I wouldn’t be having any needles near my pitta bread!

thinkingofachange · 22/05/2026 23:08

and how could you be a “teeth” model? should be “tooth” ? you can’t keep changing your teeth? every time you change a veneer for example you lose more tooth tissue and risk irritation to the nerve. so are you just going to keep showing your same teeth? I don’t see how thats a job? we just show our own teeth to patients to demonstrate a shade or alignment etc

Do you think she was aware that if her groom could see her (bright red?!) nips then...so could the vicar/her mother in law/great aunty Ethel delete as applicable 😩 grim!

Many, many people pointed it out but she had tunnel vision for her groom. I don’t know whether she actually did it. Often wondered what happened to her.

EvieBB · 23/05/2026 01:02

SoScarletItWas · 22/05/2026 19:36

Before your GP visit you might like to know about the two formats local oestrogen comes in.

Vagifem (tiny pessaries that you insert) are best for bladder issues. Put them about halfway up to ‘align’ with the bladder and keep the oestrogen closest to where it’s needed.

You can also get a cream which can be used internally (bit messy) and / or externally all over the vulva including clitoris.

Oh! ‘Clitoral atrophy’ is another horrible sentence to read. But yeah. That can also happen.

Brilliant 👏 Thank you 🙏

I think this is more twat tweakments as far as I can tell, although I'm still not sure if the op is genuine

My favourite thing about this thread is that it was posted in style and beauty.

It certainly makes a change. Vagina-related threads used to pop up on AIBU with monotonous regularity.

whattheysay · 23/05/2026 05:14

I’m 50 and the GP checked my vagina recently to see if I needed oestrogen but apparently it looks v healthy and no signs of atrophy yet so I will wait a bit to get the cream

Presumably she has a wedding album full of photos with stained red smudges all across the front of her dress.

@SoScarletItWas
@OriginalPedant

Thanks for posting about this.

I haven't noticed any such symptoms, but came off HRT last autum and started estrogen inhibitors post hormone positive breast cancer a few months ago.

My desire has fallen off a cliff - is this something topical application could help with? And do you know if it is contra-indicated given the estrogen inhibitors?

I'll be making enquiries with my GP & oncologist now!
