Anyone tried hyaluronic acid filler for changes to the outer labia?

Almost 50 and my outer labia are getting a bit deflated.

Can get uncomfortable in tight trousers and also it doesnt look as nice as it used to - have had laser hair removal all over so it does show.

Any insight or recommendations foe intimate filler - I would want hyaluronic acid not fat transfer.....?

Im in London.

How about a merkin?

Apileofballyhoo · 22/05/2026 17:00

HRT. Localised oestrogen cream or pessaries.

PhilosophicalCheeseSandwich · 22/05/2026 17:00

Would it be easier to wear thicker knickers and stop looking?

TightlyLacedCorset · 22/05/2026 17:03

Haven't they discovered that hyaluronic acid fillers migrate now and never actually dissolve? Or am I wrong?

I had a tiny amount in my cheeks about 3 years ago and it hasnt gone away. That's a good thing imo! They were done properly and deeply and havent migrated at all.

It depends on a lot of factors i think.

I am late 50s and have never looked at or thought about my outer labia.

Are you an outer labia model ?

honeylulu · 22/05/2026 17:14

I've nothing against filler. I have some cheek filler and am really happy with it. It wouldn't occur to me to have it injected into my flaps.
Who is going to see them?

There’s something a bit off.

MaggieBsBoat · 22/05/2026 17:22

HRT?

JillThePlantKiller · 22/05/2026 17:22

Oestrogen cream and vaginal pressaries have made a huge difference to my comfort. Lookswise, things have certainly changed. I’ve heard that collagen supplements help with that, but I haven’t found a form I can get on with.

I would have thought that area too near lymph nodes to be safe.

SweetSummerHerbs · 22/05/2026 17:26

I know they have specialised hand, feet , eye and teeth models but I have never heard of a labia model.

So when you say that "in a manner of speaking" you are an outer labia model, do you mean flashing your fanny on film?

MaggieBsBoat · 22/05/2026 17:27

Does labia modelling pay well? Asking for a friend.

Ouch. My eyes are watering at the thought of having my labia injected.

PauliesWalnuts · 22/05/2026 17:34

I mean, I’m having to tuck mine in a bit before I go cycling but I’d not fancy a filler…

Lifestooshort71 · 22/05/2026 17:35

I'm on adjuvant cancer treatment and, as a result, all my flaps have totally disappeared, leaving the important bits totally exposed - would there be an opening for me as a model do you think? (I use the word 'opening' advisedly)

I assume labial politics differ in the devolved regions.

You can get a Barbie done on your flaps, I know this because I googled.
