What is your fav perfume and which one have you received the most compliments?

I have used Alien by Thierry Mugler and get a lot of compliments when I use that perfume. I am currently wearing Kenzo and just received one compliment.

I never get compliments on my perfume sadly. Current one I’m using is Burberry Rose Ember. I love it! I used La Vie est Belle for quite a while but never any comments.

@DoNotSitDownNextToMe are you spraying it enough? Apparently 15 sprays is recommended so I guess any less and your perfume might not be noticeable to others, so no compliments. Although 15 sprays of some perfumes would knock people out so it does depend on the perfume 🤣 I’d do lots of La vie and have been complimented.

Love by Chloe is my great perfume love and gets compliments. Long discontinued, but I am eeking out my last bottle.

Weirdly, the very clean and non-perfumey perfume Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez probably draws the most compliments for me.

YSL Libre is the one I get the most compliments on & is also my favourite perfume.
Liz Earle No15 is another one I get lots of compliments on when wearing.

The one I always got compliments for is sadly been discontinued a long time ago - Issey Miyake Le Feu d'Issey. I'm still grieving the loss.

Etra (by Etro) is similar in many ways, but not exactly the same, I still wear it happily.

I get compliments for Guerlain Shalimar Millesime Tonka, and surprisingly for Wild Rose by The Burren Perfumery - it's the most gorgeous, natural rose, yet complex. My favourite these days.

It's not especially trendy or expensive but Kenzo Flowers is my favourite and I always get compliments

It's really hard to find a decent long lasting perfume that's not tested on animals or animal by-products. I bought one called Pansy from Cosmetics to Go back in the day before they went bust then came back as Lush. I had so many complements with that perfume, from boys and girls. Sadly the Lush perfume of the same name is nothing like it.

I've not worn perfume for years as my cat doesn't like it, but I did get another from Lush in the sales this year and I really like it but makes me smell of sweets. I have no idea why I looked, I stopped Lush buying some years ago.

That might be it. I normally just do 1 spray behind each ear but tonight did an extra on base of throat and can still smell it 6.5hrs later on myself. I’m conscious of not smelling too strong as I take tube/sit in open plan and know perfume is not tolerated by everyone.

I’ve worn Poeme by Lancôme since I was 18 when it came out and I’m now 48, it’s strong and gorgeous and I get so many compliments on it.

recently I went through a phase of buying some perfumes that remind me of years gone by and bought Gucci Rush and Calvin Klein Eternity plus the original gold Moschino and only the Gucci Rush smelt as I remembered it! Was quite disappointed.

Chanel - Coco Mademoiselle or original Chance. I get compliments and feel it is due to their strength/long lasting nature. I love them borh.

I’m undecided if it is my absolute favourite but I get lots of compliments when I wear Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche.

Another Coco mademoiselle fan and I do get compliments when wearing it.
I've recently starting using Rose dunes by Molton brown but no comments on it yet. I'm beginning to wonder if it is not that nice as although I like the fragrance I also bought the shower gel and think it smells a bit weird.
I'd love to try Baccarat rouge as going by the description of it I think that I would love it.
