We’re off to a wedding in March and my daughter wants me to enlist the MN massive to see if wearing this is ok? Is it too pale?

Hi OP if you haven’t been to a wedding as an adult, as you imply, or even a formal wedding (register office pub being informal but to that I would even dress smartly) you need to wear a classy dress like you could also wear to the races. Some of the races you have to be covered.

so if you want to blend in just buy something from Hobbs or phase eight.

this is really classy and in the sale so very affordable if you want something non dress. I’d wear it to an office style thing or an afternoon tea but if you are really unsure would be a safe option for a wedding as well.

It isn't white, it's not in the bridesmaids colours either.
Dress to impress suggests that the bride will wear something very recognisable and that it is ok to go with a more evening style.

The pale pink dress is too booby and will be detracting away from the bride, avoid booby styles.

Actually, if the theme is 'dress to impress' it does sort of work, perhaps with a fancy jacket or shawl of some sort - fluffy maybe to make it suitable for a wintery cold wedding, which it may well be.
