I'm a bit of a worrier 🤣 but I've had this multiple times with harrods cancelling my order days later. They've always been fast with the refunds though, it's just that initial notification. I'm actually at the point now where I dont believe I'm getting my orders from them until I actually have them in my hands. I love harrods, but they're online ordering is a bit naff 🤣 But it wouldn't be a good advent calendar sale without a bit of harrods drama! 🙈 Hoping it arrives tomorrow 🤞

Loving the tatcha indigo balm which im using as a night cream. I think i prefer tatcha to elemis. The AC is a great way to try things from the brand.

Sounds promising. Mine is still showing as processing, no DPD email. I emailed customer services this morning to ask about the order and they haven't responded as yet. So for the moment I still have concerns but trying to remain hopeful.

You never know, the way they mess them up it’s a possibility.
I’m not complaining after my double up of La Mer face cream!

I was kicking myself with the Elemis though, I was literally sat in my car with my bank card in hand after running my errand, and was processing the order at the checkout, then it said something had gone wrong, then it showed as OOS 🥴

I am trying not to buy anymore beauty products right now as my dressing table drawers are very full after Christmas! However, I am feeling a combination of relief I didn’t see it and envy reading about your bargain Elemis calendars! How much did it come down to?

I did order 2 Clarins items that I didn’t need right after Christmas, as Boots were adding the Clarins Showstopper (apparently worth over £300) for free if you spent over £50. That was my bargain beauty find 😁

I would also urge extreme caution with Debenhams, it took me a month to get a refund! I will never shop there again.

Ooh order status change. Preparing for shipping instead of processing. Looking good. This means it will probably arrive Tuesday when I'll be out all day.

I’ve never ordered from Tatcha but I did sign up ages ago while I was considering placing an order, so they sent me the 15% off code you get for your first purchase. This has now expired because I didn’t use it. I’m wondering if there’s a way to get a fresh one 🤔

I suppose I could set up a new account with a different email address, but it’s such a faff. Does anyone know if that type of code would stack with the Lucky26 offer?

@LemonJuiceFromConcentrate - same here. I decided not to order as they removed the freebies from the other day from my basket before I placed my order and I wasn’t able to add the lucky bag, either!

Same thing happened with me with Shiseido and I have never managed to get their welcome codes to work.

I’m supposed to be on a no/low-spend, though, so I am not that bothered.

Pleased to report that my Elemis calendar is being delivered today!

I had naively thought Tatcha was an independent brand. Somewhat surprised to discover it’s owned by Unilever (as is Dermalogica, Hourglass, Living Proof, K18 and a few other prestige brands). I guess rather Unilever than The Hut Group.

Wow, what a great price! I would definitely have ordered if I had seen the offer but probably for the best I missed it! Am still opening the Jo Malone calendar that DH bought me for Christmas and I have so many products to get through. Still rather envious of you all though 😆

Same the removed the free things from my basket so I decided not to order. The extra mini cream and serum made it more worthwhile.

@LemonJuiceFromConcentrate it does stack, I used it and got the bag, obviously the bag still has to come to £100 or £200 after the discount though, so I just ordered a larger size dewy cream to make it over the £100.

I finally got my CEW edit today after schlepping to the sorting office for the second time. Happy with it despite the wait, the Lisa Eldridge lip stuff is lovely.

I think Debenhams is essentially a drop-shipping site now with a long standing British brand name. I ordered the makeup storage from there but it was the same as stuff on Amazon.

Ah @AprilLady that now makes sense, I got an email saying my Unilever parcel was on it's way and I had no idea what it was. That's a bit disappointing, I knew it wasn't actually a Japanese brand but didn't know it was part of Unilever.
