I hope that means those orders which went through but weren't despatched yet will be ok. I think Harrods have messed up stock/orders before (seems to happen every year with the ACs). Having ordered on NDD I hope mine goes though fast!

I don’t know if to get the Tatcha advent or get the Tatcha deal.

Tatcha advent I'd say unless you specifically want a certain product.

Bugger! I ordered the Elemis AC and paid for it, but it's not showing in my Harrods list of orders. I hope it's just taking it's time to update my account.

I haven't had an order confirmation email yet either

The advent is better value however I'm fine with the lucky bag deal because I did specifically want to try the new longevity serum and moisturiser I bought to get the lucky bag and obvs those are not in this advent.

So I think it depends what you want from Tatcha - some products of your choosing plus a nice lucky bag bonus or a very good deal on the AC but maybe not all products you might pick.

I went back for the tatcha 🙈 there's a few other things I've spotted but fortunately they're already out of stock. I wish I'd been quick enough to grab an eve lom ac though 🤔

My order a few months ago for a reduced guerlain setting powder was cancelled due to being out of stock, it took them about 4 days to let me know, which was annoying, I felt that was too long, but then the refund was fast.

I wish I'd bought mine all together, I've paid almost £12 in p&p but it's not NDD, just all separate standard deliveries 😩

My email confirmation came through about 3 mins after I ordered. This was around 9.20 am though. Fingers crossed for you (and the rest of us).

I wouldn't rely on that..the frag calendar didn't show in my orders straight away but did arrive.

It is pot luck if they've sold put, theoretically thry should match sales to stock but on past reports I don't trust them.

Ah well im not that bothered about the elemis, in many ways im more excited about the tatcha.

Tje email confirmation doesn't mean its definitely being sent though, until you get dispatch confirmation its not guaranteed

I may need to go back for the Tatcha, just in case the Elemis doesn't materialise.

I do wonder if it us lot on here making them go out of stock - didn't think we were that powerful but there may of course be loads of lurkers who buy the stuff but never post.

There definitely will be. Although when Harrods do big discounts combined with their 10% rewards stuff doesn't hang about.

I’ve just bought a set of 15ml EGF serum, plus their EGF eye serum, for the crazy low price of £76. The serum on its own is usually £139, I think, and the eye serum is around £70!

Plus I had a £5 Harrods reward voucher, which effectively paid for the postage.
