@Lemonademoney that's my concern - I'm scared using the scrub is going to lead to damage as my hair is fine but very thick and long so tangling is a big problem. Seems like this is a meh day for everyone.

Oops accidentally double-posted. On a happy note I am enjoying using the leave in conditioner, sponge and blush drops, and cracked into the resurfacing compound stuff - I have a Christmas event tomorrow so the Ubeauty stuff needs to kick in fast please 🙏🏼 😂

Not the most exciting, but I guess practical 🤔 and great that it's a teeny weeny size so we can take it on holiday. I really like clé de peau products, so it's nice to see something from them in the AC.

🤣 I've used the Resurfacing twice, so my initial plan of building it up slowly has gone out of the window. After the 2nd time, I felt that my forehead was tighter, but in a good way. Hopefully it's ironing it out 🤭🤣 I've now bought another on vinted 😁
I've pretty much used all the glow lighter, and I've tried out the special mask which I loved 😍

Today is the drawer I accidentally opened a couple of days ago - so it's safe to say it's now slightly underwhelmed me twice 😂That's largely due to my hit-and-miss relationship with moisturisers with a combined spf though, I am actually excited to try this brand generally. I'd added a freebie from the Harrods carnival to this drawer too, another brand I've known about for a while but not tried.

It is a bit of a DOD today so I added a Charlotte Tilbury lip bath to the drawer that I bought from Vinted. It is an expensive brand and sure it is a lovely SPF but it will literally be about one application and it’s done! Shame they didn’t add another mini product with it.

Love that you also bought another U Beauty resurfacing compound on Vinted. 😃 I ordered a second straight after opening it. Did you get a bargain?

Yeah, you gave me the idea to go look, you lil enabler 😉🤣 it was listed for £12, I offered £9, expecting to meet in the middle somewhere, but she accepted it 😍 I've only just opened the clé de peau serum from last year, so I've just bought another of that on vinted for £6, I really like it, I feel it makes me glow and it'll go well with the spf (that's what I'm telling myself 🤣). I agree, another mini would've been nice, especially if it'd been the eye cream, which I love but absolutely cannot afford 🙈🤣

I think we have both done a good job of enabling each other over the last few months! 😂 That was a really good bargain though so you had to get it! I bought mine for a similar price and was very pleased. We now both have the full size 30ml. 😁

Pleased to try but it seems a bit stingy. I was in h beauty on Saturday and was given 4 freebies with my purchase, so they must be swimming in samples. Even a little perfume sample would have been nice.

🤣🤣 Definitely! I reckon our beauty stashes would be less than half the size that they are if we'd not enabled each other so much, haha!! 🙈 Vinted must be loving us!

I am trying to not spend as much on vinted now and actually use the stash, but if it's a great bargain, it would be foolish not to go for it 💁🏻‍♀️🤣

I used up the last of my Amika hair mask last night, I probably could've got another night out of it but I want to try out the CR one from yesterday's drawer. Has anyone used it yet?

I also went looking for another Ubeauty after being inspired by @pinkchampagne1 😂I've got an offer for one on eBay at £9.70 so I think that sounds pretty good and will probably bite. I felt a skin tightening effect like @JoRaRaRa after the second application ( first used.it on Thursday, think I've used it 3/4 times now) but had put it too close to the side of my eyelid and it temporarily made it look quite strange indeed (like egg-white facemasks, if anyone ever made those as a teen ) I really need to be a bit more careful when I slap these things on with such enthusiasm!

I think they use the stupidly expensive tiny items to offset the cost of the full size items. I like trying these very expensive brands but the tiny CdP sunscreen is a free sample with purchase.

I'm taking the Christophe Robin stuff to the sauna place today @JoRaRaRa although I'm a bit nervous about using them both in case they don't suit my hair and make it look dreadful for my drinks event tonight. Will report back if I use the mask.

Agreed! Actually would have loved a little perfume at this point in the calendar, or something aromatherapy based - we haven't had anything really fragrant yet. I guess they put all that kind of stuff in the other 2 calendars though.

I think I have to stick with the Resurfacing compound which we've been discussing this morning. I feel like I can already see and feel results with it. This actually wasn't one I was bothered about when I read the contents list but I can feel myself falling in love with it 🩷

The Evidens face mask for me, I love it!

I am excited to try the La Mer face cream

My conclusion on the La Mer is that I dislike everything about it, except the way it makes my face look and feel 😆
