I’ve never used hair oil before and will wait until the weekend to try this out as I’m going to the hairdresser today.

I’ve used Monday’s serum all of 4 times and twice today people have commented on how “fresh” face I look. Lovely to hear as it’s the opposite of what I feel right now which is more dog tired and in need of a holiday!

Im happy with the hair oil. Coming to the end of my current one so nice to have something in backup! Never tried anything from this brand, but hear good things.

Although I've found a handful of products over the years in the calendars that were so good I'm still buying them regardless, so I like that about having them. I wouldn't have ever got to use them otherwise (which of course Space NK and the brands know fine well 😁).

This is true. The intention is not to rebuy when it's so expensive, but if you love a product, it just can't be helped 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have very fine hair and have never used a hair oil before. I’ve always assumed it will just give me a greasy, lank look, which is not exactly what I’m aiming for!
Will give this a try though, using it sparingly.

The design of the numbers on the calendar reminds me of one of those colour blindness tests or a puzzle where you have to say what number you can see hidden in the picture 😂

I tried this today before drying my hair and it’s lovely. I think being silicone free makes a huge difference, I find it’s the silicone I. Some hair oils that can make my hair feel heavy and lank.

I used the oil today after harshly treating my long, thick, frizzy hair for nits (!😂) followed by hair drier and straighteners and it looks lovely, soft and shiny. So I would say it's a good product. I wanted not to like it so much since it's so eye wateringly expensive.

Totally agree. I make my sharp-eyed 6 year old find the right drawer for me in the morning.

I'm very pleased with the hair oil, I was considering buying it but I had others to use up, like the olaplex one. I use oil on my ends after every wash so it will not get wasted on me. So far so good. 😊

It sounds a bit bonkers but I find with my below shoulder length hair 2 drops is too much. I put it about cheek bone and below and my roots end up greasier when I use 2 drops of this. Weird but true. Genuinely think by some witchcraft you just need one drop. Need to try just the very ends I think too.

Oh and I picked up a lindt advent calendar today - that must be it now - only because most beauty ones are sold out 😳

I have wanted to try this for ages. Awesome. Day 4 and no duds yet. I used to get the Liberty advent calendar but honestly, space nk cake def wipes the floor with it.

For years we've always had the 7 am reveal rule. Has this changed? My surprise has been spoiled today.

Genuine question: if you didn’t want spoilers, why look at this thread before opening your own? 6am post in here is likely going to talk about today’s surprise. Maybe just open yours first next time? Your comments sound judgmental, and it does shift the tone of the thread completely unnecessary, especially when the situation was within your own control.

Super excited for this too! I used to get the monthly liberty box and it got increasingly full of more duds, so far this space NK calendar is smashing it!! I hope it stays that way 🤣🤞🏻

4 days, 4 hits for me - full sizes products I would love to try! Space NK is delivering! I have the Medik8 serum from last year - nearly gone, and happy to get different serum.

I've been on these opening threads for years and there has always been a friendly agreement to reveal the product from 7 am . I often wake up early and enjoy catching up on the threads before I get up.

I only joined in this years as the thread didn’t begin with lots of rules, and I hope it stays enjoyable for everyone, including people who need to be up early and want to share their excitement. If you decide to read this thread at 6am, the spoilers are on you — it isn’t fair to put that on others or make them feel bad for posting. Genuinely, what did you think you will find at 6am?

It really is, 4 full sizes expensive products - and all hits for me!

But then on the flip side @MiaN why did the person feel the need to reveal at 6am? I posted yesterday at 7, either on here or harrods, I can't remember, and managed to say I was happy without revealing the product and I've seen on other threads people doing that. I did accidently press to come onto the thread when I first got up, but I remembered what it was anyway so it didn't spoil anything for me. I think we just all need to be considerate of each other ✌️🩷

I have noticed on other threads the first couple of posts are more tentative reaction/thoughts without naming the product before 7. This seems a good compromise? Excited to use today’s product!
