Hi, if you have the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar or are just interested in what’s inside, then please feel free to join in by posting your thoughts on each day’s contents.

If you have swapped out any doors, you can either skip a day here or just tell us what you have swapped in and why!

As is ‘usual’ on these threads, please try to avoid revealing each day’s contents before 7am UK time.

I’m loving trying all the fragrance, I don’t get much time to go real life shopping so would never have known these existed. I’m really liking today’s, I think it’s probably my favourite so far with vyrao a close second.

I don’t mind the amount of perfumes. I love Libertys perfume section so trying scents reminds me of being there.
I don’t preview because I really love the surprise plus Dh buys it and hides it and I don’t want to ruin that for him 😂

Does anyone who knows the content of the advent, know how many more perfumes we are getting. I've had this calendar for about 5 maybe 6 years and never so many fragrances. I've never checked the contents as I've had it so many times!

@ohthejoysoftoddler - I think it is 8 in total. I did spend a fair amount of time comparing different calendars. But we should expect some double door. It would be interesting to understand why Liberty chose to be fragrance heavy this year

I am excited by today’s, my skin needs it!
No scent though which I suppose is good as we can wear all of the lovely perfumes!

I like the sound of today’s product- but on the back of all the perfume I was really hoping for a really effective skincare product for my face.

I’m intrigued by the mirror water, I do tend to neglect my body so will definitely use it. Does anyone who uses oil have recommendations on how long it takes to soak in so you don’t stain your clothes?!

I also neglect my skin but oils concern me! I don’t like being slippery!

like @2025istheyeari I’d really want to know more from fellow calendars before I risk splotching it all over clothes or sheets…

I’m happy with the product today, this is what I was hoping for with the calendar! I’ve already used it this morning and it has a nice unintrusive scent and sinks in quickly. You don’t need to use a lot

I'm happy with today because it adds variety but I will use this as bath oil. The only time I'd use oil on my body is when my legs are out so that would be on holiday only! And I like the Aveeno oil for that as its sprays and dries quickly.

Ok, just tried the oil after a shower. I need to get dressed but far too oily! Yikes!

Oh I like this! Just tried a bit and it has absorbed quickly with a really light scent. Most likely will use on legs/arms and chest?

A full size was in the Liberty travel edit earlier this year, which I still haven't tried, so I'll give it a go this week.

I’ll be using this for sure.

I think there must’ve been an issue this year with skincare brands not willing to subsidise being included in the calendar maybe? Hence the number of fragrances. It’s a big risk for them I guess. For example, I wouldn’t repurchase last year’s Skin Rocks moisturiser as it is way to greasy for me - glad it was included as I was curious to try it. Conversely, this year’s The patches are a hit (as were last year’s face masks) and something I’ll definitely repurchase. As with the Dr Sebagh rose serum. I’m yet to try the Emma Lewisham serum but excited to do so.

ooh interesting I remember using baby oil after bathing a lot in my twenties so a more mature / sophisticated version!

Here’s a photo of mine this morning, I’m not sure how I feel about using oils as I just think of them as greasy and getting on clothes etc or making you slip on the floor! Would be great to hear what others think. I just finished a body lotion this morning though so I’m going to give it a whirl!
