Friendly reminder: do NOT buy from Halara

Their returns process is lengthy, nigh on impossible, and extremely costly!!

Do not risk buying from them online. You might not like or fit the (quite pricey) garments, but their attitude is "eff you customer" after they have delivered.

Having googled I've seen lots of discussion about this online - I just wish I'd done it before I ordered .

Fortunately the garment I bought was ok but thereafter have been bombarded with pop up adds etc. Now blocked everywhere

I was set to but their website had so many pop ups and adverts and hoops to jump through to sign up I abandoned it! Definitely won’t now!

I absolutely love my halara jeans and trousers. So comfy. Luckily haven't had to return anything yet.

Made the mistake a couple of weeks ago. The items arrived in about 12 days but they are all a size smaller than anticipated - all meant to be baggy and loose and all tight and elasticated. I've been getting ads for years and finally thought I'd try but will know better for next time. Not even going to try to return the items if it's as faffy as you say, will give the M items to my size 8 neighbour 😂

I might buy off Vinted- if you’re a 12 is it best to get L then?

I would say try vinted. Lots of bnwt on there. I bought some wide legged jeans directly - loved them. Since lost quite a bit of weight so sized down and got some bnwt cords from vinted. Got them - teeny tiny. I have gone done 2 sizes elsewhere and these were only a size down from my jeans and I felt like a stuffed sausage. Back on vinted they went and sold in less than a day at the price I bought them for.

@Bonsaibaby my cords were an l and I am a big 14 and they fit but felt meh.. no stretch in them though.

I requested to return and was offered the option to keep for free and have a gift voucher. Meant I could order another pair for 21p! Absolutely love my jeans, they are the comfiest things I own!

I have wide leg jeans and checked work trousers in L and am 5'4" and an 18 and they fit fine, and I hold my weight on my bum and legs.

Is it not just another rubbishy Chinese tat-merchant like Cider, Shein, Temu etc

I keep wanting to order as they look so comfy but the trustpilot reviews are on another level bad. Great idea to look at vinted! What size is a size 10 (nearer the 8 than 12)?

I absolutely love my Halara jeans. They take a while to arrive but had no problems with them and am about to order another pair. I think its a bit shit really to put a big warning advising not to order when its a legitimate business and many people are very happy with their products.

Halara are fab. No, it’s like like Shein for quality at all. The trousers, leggings etc are brilliant quality. It’s not cheap. But yes. They do the irritating deals etc. I tried some off Vinted originally and now get my gym leggings there.

I haven’t had to return, but I knew my sizes. The measurements are all there and their thing with trousers is stretchy but snug. I’m an 8 and as XS.

I wear my wide legged Halara jeans almost daily. I absolutely love them. Love the feel and they’re washing very well. They don’t crease and they’re the right length for me as a short arse. Fortunately the size I chose for each pair was correct but if not you can easily sell on Vinted

I was unimpressed with what I bought from Halara.
I'm an athletic size 8 so dont struggle to feel good in clothes, but felt the clothes lacked structural integrity and were more made for youngsters.
The size small was too big for me.
I hated the activewear dresses - like a nice summer dress, but made of swimming costume material.
I did appreciate the inbuilt bra though. The returns process was annoying and I must have received 15 different emails in the process.
I won't bother again.

I have been burned by them too! At first they're refused to start the returns process. I spoke to my. Credit card company for a charge back, and they advised me to post them back at my own cost. If they didn't return the money then I would get a charge back. That's what you should do. I would never use them again!

I wish I’d read this sooner. I’ve just taken delivery of trousers that hang badly and are ridiculously big.
I can’t find the original order anywhere. I have no confirmation emails from them and no idea whether I went though Instagram or Facebook to buy them (seems quite likely) without an original order number I can’t initiate a return.
i’m careful with emails and file them so I don’t believe I’ve lost an email confirming my order

Unfortunately for me the best jeans I’ve ever had are from Halara, they are so comfy and are my most complimented item.

Agree returns are shit. Selling on Vinted is a better option. Plus they always send shitty unwanted free jewellery.

I bought a pair of the amazing jeans. Bought another of the same after I knew I liked them. They’ve lasted ages.

At the same time I also bought some other jeans that ripped at the crotch after one wear…! Some workwear trousers which I like. And some checked trousers which were revolting fabric and way way smaller (everything was bought in the same size). So yeah, pretty inconsistent!

I have never ever bought from Shein or Temu which I feel are in the same vein as Halara. But those good jeans are so good!!

I’ve seen so many ads but I think I did look at the returns process and that’s what put me off. The ads are very convincing but I’m tall with weird proportions. Good shout on this thread to check out Vinted

Thank you for this. I'm an apple shape and I struggle to find clothes that fit, so the chances of having to send something back are quite high. I'm always tempted by their adverts but I definitely won't bother now!

I’ve got 2 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of leggings and a skirt from there and all of them are fantastic. I would say I buy through TikTok shop though, probably easier to return and pay with PayPal.

Check your Tiktok account, they sell a lot through there

Do they give the measurements on the site per dress size?
