Wide leg jeans recommendations

So I'm stepping away from mom Jean to wide legged and I need ones that are super high waisted, can almost skirt over lower belly rather than cling to it and are good quality denim!

Please let me know if you've encountered a jean such as this!🩷

Yes I have these! I also have Sainsbury’s Palazzo jeans also which are a bit wider than the New Look ones. I have them in black which I think are a bit more flattering around the tummy area.

I have these, and get complimented every time I wear them.

These look good - they seem to be part denim and part Lyocell, which I guess is a kind of viscose? Is the fabric softer and more swingy than normal jeans?

I love Levi’s ribcage wide leg find them a great fit

I’ve also got these jeans and they look great. Also get lots of compliments. I’m actually going shopping today to see if I can get the black ones (I’ve currently got the indigo ones) as they appear to be out of stock in my size online.

I have just bought some from Fat Face (linked below), they are lovely quality denim, high waisted and sooooo comfy. I don't usually spend that much but had a voucher from Christmas, I would say they are worth the money though.

I’ve got these H&M jeans which I think fit really nicely. Fitted around the hips then loose from there. They’re not particularly wide though.
These Mango ones fit very similarly.
Both 100% cotton.

I really rate H&M jeans. They're always a perfect fit for me.

Yes, the colour is lovely but they are so long! I had them shortened but it cost £22. The sizing seems very big these days.

Nudie Jeans, Clean Eileen or Wide Heidi

Fatface Elise. Not too wide which I like. Definitely worth a look if it's your first pair of wide legged jeans.

If you have a Primark near you then Id consider giving them a go. I know they have a reputation for being cheap but their denim range is fantastic and I have several pairs (in different styles) that are comfy and flattering.

River Island, I don’t usually shop in there but they have a large selection of wide leg jeans and they are really good quality.

Levis XL Straight or Superwide are incredibly flattering

I’ve got a few pairs from Lovall and they are great - high waisted, comfortable and a flattering fit. I also got some from F&F in Tesco a while ago as I wanted to try a cheaper pair to see if I suited them/wore them enough before splashing out on a more pricey pair. They actually are the best pair I’ve tried, really flattering and look so nice, length is perfect. I caught them on a door handle and ripped them beyond repair and now can’t find them in my local Tescos anywhere to repurchase. But I’ll be keeping an eye out!

Next do a great range of different style, cut jeans, and are great quality - affordable and last for years, trust me, all of my jeans are from next, boot cut, wide leg, slim fit, smart leg, good time to go as well, is in the sale after Xmas, but I'm guessing you want them before then, give Next a try. My absolute favourites are by Palome. Great quality, and great price.
