The regulars on the thread mainly discuss luxury BAC and this dies down by September when everyone has purchased and forgotten the contents. Then it goes into discussion on what’s selling out, what hasn’t and what deals and discounts to be had on ACs in the lead up to December. Then in December we move onto AC opening threads!

I wonder if the Boots advantage card 10% off works with the calendars? I already used mine this month so can't check.

I just ordered both boots calendars to go with LF fragrance (which hasn't turned up yet) and that's me done. I can't believe none of the high ends have tempted me this year, I usually have two

Cult Beauty are offering double credit today which is equivalent to £20 on the advent calendar. Direct competition with Space NK release. I am doing nursery run hoping it’s still in stock when I sit down and baby napping.

Oh no, I think I told someone on this thread that Boots would be released in October. That’s what it said on YouTube

Waiting for my SNK email to drop and then later today find out how much the new iPhones are going to cost me. I think this may be the most expensive day of the year for me 😱

I’ve ordered the Boots beauty calendar this morning. Last year I had SpaceNK and the year before JL but neither are appealing this year. Hoping to pick up a few of the products from them on Vinted to pop in the Boots one.

I thought I'd signed up for this but have no email. Hmm 🤨Could be their mistake of course. I am considering the Boots ones and am more skincare inclined so that doesn't bother me. Not going for the Space NK but good luck everyone who is!

I've ordered the boots skincare one, with the plan to split it and use some in my teen DD's calendar and just keep the rest myself. I decided to view it as a beauty box not a calendar, and I think it's really good value for the products it contains. That's my mental gymnastics! I have liberty and considering JL as I have some vouchers...

I think you’re right - Vinted doesn’t feel like the right platform for a relatively high value item. I’ve revived my eBay account and I’ll wait till the Liberty calendar sells out then post it.

A number of the main calendar unboxers ( Miss Boux, Planning with Crystal and Diary of a Beauty Geek) have been sharing theirs links on Instagram.

I have ordered SNK, I was in the 8:30-9:30 group and email received dead on 8:30 and all ordered, just hoping next day delivery is working as am away next week.

Ah fair enough, I guess I was thinking you could use the credit elsewhere but not if you're needing cold hard cash.

Argh I've got my link for Space NK but I can't decide. I've had an expensive month, I've just signed up for an Open Uni course and I go on holiday tomorrow. I really shouldn't. But it is good value.

I got my SNK access email. Dithered a bit then bought it.

Still not sure I really, really wanted it but I wanted at least one BAC, this does feels like it has the value and due to my rewards points it's a cheaper option than the other premiums as I 'only' paid £200 and will get £20 back in points.

I should be more excited but I think I've driven myself bonkers with indecision and flip flopping.

Bagged SpaceNk AC. Very quick and easy. Did say can expect 4 week dispatch. Dont mind as it save me storing it for longer🤣
