Dress opinion

Ok, so i fell in love with this dress resisted but then it appeared in the sale really cheap so succumbed. Now i have it i wonder if its a bit dressy and perhaps young ( im 63 but a young 63 not too haggard of face yet) was thinking of wearing it next weekend on a river boat party, what do you think?
im a size 14 / 16

I didn’t at any point suggest she should buy the same dress.

I'm glad you linked to Cecilie Bahnsen. Very taken by the models' challenging facial expressions, I've just spent an enjoyable two minutes imagining the scene at the photo shoot.

I love it !! Timeless . Dress it up with accessories and I’d go for chunky boots I think at this time of year
