Why on earth wouldn't Mary just say, 'sort yourself out Dear, the jackets are looking sloppy.'
Maybe he's the sort of man to protest with, 'I'm the King, you can't make me!'
Yes the one he wore to Wimbledon is better but that probably because it's not buttoned up.
Felipe's tailor definitely has the easiest job. As always, the slimmer and better proportioned you are the easier it is to dress/be dressed.
It's almost State Visit time and I really, really hope they make use of this visit to allow Catherine a new tiara. It would be very fitting at this point.
I saw a post just now talking about which ones might be appropriate and I thought one of them was a great suggestion: Princess Margaret's Persian Turquoise tiara. I think it would look beautiful on the PoW as turquoise looks wonderful against dark hair. But then I realised it'll have been inherited by Margaret's children, unless Margaret made a gift of it to QEII or to The Crown, so that's not very likely.
I'm trying to think of impressive tiaras that haven't been worn yet but other than the Big Ones we all already know, I can't bring any to mind. A surprise would be great; perhaps they'll dig out a lesser known one.
