Saw the first post today releasing contents and price so have started this thread. Let the spreadsheets commence.

Revolution Beauty £50 beautyadventcalendar.net/revolution-advent-calendar-2025/ https://www.instagram.com/p/DLQEY5ao22M

I’ve called it S&B as there’s usually discussion of nice food, socks, jewellery and other item ACs as well.

In the early days of the Liberty AC it was released during the October half term. It's the beginning of July now for BD members. In ten years time will it be released by Spring?

I was looking at this last night trying to work out what some of the products are. Is some of it bath/body stuff?

Yes, from what I can see there's a facial oil, magnesium body butter(s) bath milk, pillow spray, hand creams, shower gel, wonder balm, hand soap, bath oil and then some essential oils, a ceramic diffuser, calming pen, a large candle and a travel candle.

Arrearing50 · 06/08/2025 10:59

Reckon that the cyber November deals that now start at the end of October pushed the advent calendars early - the success of AC has lead to so many more boxes and GWP hitting in the run up to Christmas they are smoothing their peak probably

JoRaRaRa · 06/08/2025 11:19

I've just been looking into the Liberty beauty box thing, am I right in thinking that it's £25 per month, you get a box every 3 months and £20 credit every month? In girl maths it's basically £5 a month. You then get £25 off the AC and can use your credit to pay for it?

OvaHere · 06/08/2025 11:22

JoRaRaRa · 06/08/2025 10:44

@OvaHere 'risk the wrath of MNetters' that sounds scary!! 😳 I've only just joined MN to join in with this chat, I don't want to be upsetting anyone so soon 🤣

Ha! That probably sounded worse than it is. People don't like out of order spoilers on the unboxing threads though. If you kept a note of what you swapped then posted accordingly it would be fine I imagine.

You also get 10% off and free delivery, so it works out well if you order other stuff throughout the year too.

Yes. Then if you're like me you save all year for the advent then decide you want a different one! 😂

This is what makes it worth it for me, if you think you pay £60 a year in addition to the £20 which is saved, for 4 x boxes 10% off and free delivery it's not a bad deal. Of course you need to buy from them now and then to make it worth it.

I'd probably swap day 25 with the valmont moisturiser, then that again to make it day 1 or 2 🤣 I've watched a few unboxing vids so I know that I'll be disappointed with day 25 on christmas day 🤣

🤣 Yes this will probably be what I do. Do you have enough credit to basically make it free though? It is good value, what puts you off it?
Thanks ladies, I'm going to sign up then save the credit for next year's AC 😁

I think I joined in September last year. I was sent the July box then the Oct box in fairly quick succession. So you would get the July box if you join now. I think I had almost enough credit when the AC launched that I could have bought it and just had to put about £20 towards it.

Every so often there will be a mistake in some of the calendars with a couple of items in the wrong drawers and that causes major consternation but that's not the fault of the person opening it. It's happened to me before but I can't remember which calendar. And then you have the ones at a lower price point that don't use actual drawers and something slips down to a different day. It's fraught with tension😱

Growlybear83 · 06/08/2025 11:43

@JoRaRaRaI feel the same this year. I used some of my credit on the recent fragrance edit but when the contents of this year’s calendar were released, I spent the rest of it on Diptyque perfume when they had the 20% off last month. I’ve had the Liberty calendar for the last two years and it’s been great value, but this year there is too much make up which I won’t use, and cleansers and masks, which I never use. I’ve also got a couple of the fragrances. But having seen the contents of the other calendars so far, I’m starting to waver a bit. The boxes are lovely, but I’ve got two already that I can’t give away, and it looks fairly similar to the last two years 😆

I was thinking I would do exactly the same, having watched the unboxing 😁

They have an offer until 31 August, you only pay £20 a month for the first 3 months, plus you get a 20% discount on your first purchase after signing up to the Beauty Drop.

Thank you, I'll make sure I remember the code 😁 Not sure if I can afford to buy anything now, but seems a shame to miss out on the 20% off 🤔

Yes, I never understand why they put perfume or makeup in day 25, I think most people would prefer these for parties at the beginning of the month. Maybe I'm wrong though and it's just me thinking like that 🤣

ElizabethG81 · 06/08/2025 12:33

Didn’t Space NK put an SPF in the Day 25 box last year? I mean it was a lovely SPF but still 🤣

Growlybear83 · 06/08/2025 12:38

Ooh I love a nice perfume for Christmas Day. But then again, that’s the day that you would start opening the 12 day calendars so would have perfume anyway if you’ve got a fragrance calendar.

pinkchampagne1 · 06/08/2025 12:39

Yes I agree, I want something exciting on Christmas Day.
I remember looking at the Space NK calendar last year and I was very surprised they put an SPF as the Christmas Day treat. Not exciting at all!

That was a strange choice. Especially considering there were a lot of other good products in the AC that could have been day 25.

I usually get at least one bottle of perfume as a gift on Christmas day, so I'd wear that one. I think harrods had a perfume in drawer 25 2 years ago and I didn't even like it 🤣 I'm hoping to get a fragrance calendar this year, I've bought the Harrods one for my mum, but I'm going to check I don't want it first 🤣 I'm not waiting til christmas day to start opening it though 🤣

Oh an spf on christmas day - fun 🤣 I wonder who's job it is to decide these things, I might drop them an email.

It's their first time of doing one and I'm really excited. I buy tons of Neom products and there's very little I don't love, so it's a no trainer for me. I found it via the link that Ovahere shared about 10 posts back. Here's the link to the sign up page.

neomwellbeing.com/pages/neom-wellbeing-advent-calendar-sign-up-page?utm_source=Rakuten&utm_medium=Affiliates&utm_campaign=Skimlinks.com&utm_content=1&ranMID=46187&ranEAID=2116208&ranSiteID=TnL5HPStwNw-6uqAtU85Ec5DKqJnv2RckQ

Ooh thanks for this! I'm a Neom fan too!

Doubleraspberry · 06/08/2025 13:29

I've done the Beauty Drop this year and liked Liberty when it was announced, and haven't wavered from my preference yet, so looking forward to buying it at the start of September!

I've had Anthropologie before. Beautiful box that's worth keeping and the products are fine but all minis IIRC.
