I’m 38, size 16/18 and a short arse. But I’m in desperate need of tops for the summer.

i hate my arms so living in vest and shirt combos at the moment and it’s driving me mad.

looking online I am really struggling to find anything that’s either not frumpy or not a crop top?!

please help!!!

Whats your budget? I got a load of t shirts from from next. I wear them with spanx arm tights as I don't like my arms. Much cooler than sweating in a shirt

I have issues with summer tops too - I tend to live in maxi dresses or knee length fit and flare dresses as they are comfortable and flattering!!

I live in dresses as I hate my tummy in trousers. I'm losing some chub and am weirdly looking at kimono style shirts to wear with vests and trousers if I can find some I like!

@Matilda1981 where do you get your mail I dresses from please?

I like the tunics from White Stuff, but think they work better with leggings/jeans rather than looser type trousers. I've had a few things from Kit and Kaboodal but find them very shapeless/unflattering as they're one size fits all.

I was wondering how the size was on kit and kaboodal, izabel and apricot do similar and they just don’t seem to do anything for me. I just want something I look half ok in and get me out of this bloody shirt and vest thing I have going on.

Loads of colours available.
I used to team floaty, linen tops with skinnier jeans or trousers to avoid the ship in full sail vibe!

i have the maxi dress versions - these ones are slightly too long for me and below the knee dresses make my lower legs look like tree trunks - they just fall at completely the wrong length!!!
