I always liked playing goal attack although I a bit short.

I like the look of the twill Bryn! Might have to make it mine. Also I like the blue long cotton jacket, but I don’t need another spring type jacket.

I don't think anyone knows? The last sale only just finished, and it had been running for over a month. So I think it might be a while.

@Oshimosa - the next proper sale will probably be in the summer - June? The last two sales, imo, have been quite poor anyway.

There will probably be some sort of sample sale in the next few months at KC, but these are poorly advertised and last minute, (and not much use if you can’t get to Somerset at the drop of a hat!)

Maybe it's like those things at Cos and Arket which you wear under a coat or jacket? They're usually padded, but being Toast this one is wool.

Hockey's the one with vivid memories for me! Field set downhill aways from school, just the links between us and the sea. Frosty underfoot, lungs burning in the icy air, yet somehow not cold despite bare legs in micro skirt 🤣🥶. Youth! The slowest Left Wing in history, only assigned because I was bizarrely snakey.

That vest looks so beautifully made, it's just ... why? Love to have been in that meeting! Maybe all will be explained in a styling video.

I hated hockey @Stravaig but loved netball, basketball, rounders. It seemed to be always freezing cold, blowing a gale, muddy with added drizzle when we played hockey😹

But yes, that top - what were they thinking? No doubt it will look quite cool layered over a shirt on the tiny 25 year old wearing it in the shop, but on me it would look, quite frankly, ridiculous!

@IlovePond Ah I loved being outdoors, even if I had to play team sports in baltic temps and sheeting rain to get there. 🤣

I was definitely a lot hardier in my youth @Stravaig 😹 although I do still like to have a window open in all weathers!

We could all order one and then if the 'buy nothing' thread don't crack and join us in a game, we'll send them back.
It will totally upset the sales statistics.

(I just know I'm going to end up ordering one. It will sit with my 'fashion forward' hat in my what was I thinking section. )

Im after the corinne trousers which are new. So I suppose I will have to pay full price 😫

@Oshimosa - in recent sales Toast haven’t reduced most of their current stock, (they used to), so it’s hard to know if your trousers will ever be reduced. Toast are a very weird, (and expensive), company.

@Oshimosa I must admit, I do most of my shopping in the sales, but if I really love something and thought about it for a while, I pick up at full price in case it goes oos or does not get reduced. It’s a gamble with toast!
