@PeonyBlush10 The wrap arrived on Saturday and it's been my constant companion in the house! So soft and warm - and even stays put when I wrap it over my shoulder. Lovely. Thanks for the recommendation and don't worry about my no spend, that's all on me, and justified by this hopefully lasting me for a decade or two. I did note (after I'd been wearing it all day) that it's dry clean only. A gentle cold water hand wash should be fine, shouldn't it?
And joining in the old clothes from Toast chat - so many of mine have lasted for years.
I have a pair of wide legged dungarees that I've been wearing for at least 8 years.
A navy wrap cotton wool cardigan which I think was my first full price purchase from 10 years? ago. It's not the most flattering (big bust) but I love it and have worn it at least once a week (often quite a bit more) since I bought it. It's only the other month that the seams under one of the arms went so I need to send that off to be mended soon.
Then there's a grey woollen mix shift thing which might've been my first purchase ever - at those lovely 70% off sales - its definitely housewear now but I still reach for it occasionally and enjoy wearing it when I do.
And a vee-neck nearly black cotton sleeveless dress that I've had for 9? years and that still gets worn.
While there are many Toast clothes that I wear for years and years, they are balanced by the ones that I've bought, mostly in the sales, which never get worn for one reason or another!
