I think some people on the FB thread got a Willesden XL as their large dip, is there a standard size then bigger Willesden? I've never looked as not a cross body bag gal

I hope not!! It seems like they just haven’t got a good system in their warehouse. I didn’t mind the first wrong dip (bantry b worth £54 instead of £59) because they gave me a 30% voucher, but I used it to dip again in the hopes of getting a useful backpack. Instead I’ve got another bantry b (in a worse colour) and 3 weird small crossbody bags. I might use one of them, but I’m never going to need 3!!

And other people were offered a replacement medium backpack straight away, so there’s been no consistency in response.

For other retailers, if people order something and don't like it, they send it back. Do other retailers have MN threads where customers discuss what they don't like about what they receive? Or is it just Roka? Genuinely interested

I ordered maxi yesterday, hoping for a medium or large backpack and not a Trafalgar - sounds like I'll be getting a Trafalgar or a small bantry then!

Occasionally yes. A few of us bought a mystery beauty box before Xmas. The brand did a couple of email/social media spoilers pre launch of two guaranteed products in the box which sealed the deal for a few of us but then turned out to not be quite as advertised. Roka complaints have mostly been quite mild compared to how cross we were over that.

My replacement bag has arrived - a medium Canfield in neon pink. It's lovely and I am very grateful for them sending out a replacement. Pink isn't really my colour though, so if anyone is up for a swap, let me know!

I would! But I need to see what ROKA will do about the messed up dip I got (ordered 2 x maxi + 1 x midi - received 1 x maxi and 3 x midi 😂).

I love how we are all so different. I wear a lot of black so was hoping for something bright love the pinks, greens and yellow backpacks. If you get one of those you know where I am!

@manpan1 - I was on the same thread as @OvaHere and things got very lively regarding the products in question. I am also on the Toast thread, where we endlessly analyse purchases, comment on each others’ stuff and make suggestions on how to address problems with Toast CS! I don’t think any of us take it too seriously, and it’s very friendly conversation.

The black and purple is great. It makes me want to relive my emo youth.

I have loved the lucky dip for the random colours that could arrive - it'd be amazing if you could exclude one definitely colour palette just in case. I like so many of them that I would be so indecisive to pick one, so getting a random colour was great.

I have the small Canfield in black with purple trim, if anyone is looking for a swap. Originally thought it was a Bantry B because I didn't look at the label 😂

I also had the medium Bantry in black but I quite like that so I'll keep it.

I'm not seeing any mention of Kenningtons here. Do they tend not to come out in these deals?

I got one in mine - incorrectly as I was supposed to be getting a maxi.

@ToomanyMilesAway When I spoke with a lovely lady at Roka this week, I asked whether they had much stock left for further orders and she said they had plenty of Kenningtons for the midi dips. Some of them look lovely. I particularly like the two tone ones. But I must not order any more. Must not.

Thank you. The Kennington is my holiday travel bag as you can get loads in and no need to worry about it on the plane floor.

Did you manage to get through on the phone or was it a call back? I am having no luck getting hold of anyone by phone or email.

@Rhinostone I sent a firm email because I had placed an order on Boxing Day and still hadn't received it by 6th January. The best way to get a response (I think) is a message via their website. They did respond to me when I did that. They just didn't answer my question. But they definitely got the message and responded. They told me that they had received around 300 emails and were still working through them all. There are only 3 of them in the team so I think they are quite overwhelmed. Good luck
