@parttimepunk I am in England and still waiting for my order placed at 10am on Boxing Day. Am being patient in the hope that they are saving the best until last!

@manpan1 I've just emailed them to ask for an update. I also asked them to confirm that they won't be sending me a small Bantry as these were not included in the maxi dip at the point we ordered. Hope yours arrives soon - I'd presumed it was just international orders that were delayed.

first time doing the lucky dip but I am already a Roka fan. Bought one of each size and received a small bantry b in marine which I love (and bought after the price change so knew it was a possibility. I actually think it’s a really good size for an out and about bag and I love the colour), a Kennington B creative waste black with airforce zip, and an emerald Chelsea. Will definitely keep the Barney but probably will sell or swap the other two. I was ideally after a Farringdon or a Jubilee but not sure I’ve seen anyone get one in the dip so if I can sell the Kennington on Vinted I can use my balance to buy one of those or something similar. Overall I’m very pleased. Tempted to go again on the midi and mini dip…

If I could pick, (which I know I can’t 😹), for my two Maxi orders I would have a small Bantry for me and a bigger bag for DH’s laptop and either a small crossbody phone bag or a hat for the mini. Ideally I would prefer more subdued colours, (although the cranberry, green and pink look lovely and I would be happy with any of those!)

Of course, I will probably end up with 2 x small Bantry in psychedelic stripes, spots or camo, (or, far, far worse, a holdall), and a wallet or tote bag! That is the excitement and drama of a Lucky Dip!

I really want to find out what I have got. The suspense is driving me mad but, as I only ordered on NYD, I keep having to tell myself it will be towards the end of next week before my order arrives.

In the meantime, I am loving all the pictures of bags. I know I need to get out more, but who’d have thought seeing pictures of people’s Lucky Dip purchases would be so strangely compelling!

Did anyone else receive a Waterhouse backpack as their maxi lucky dip? I haven't seen any others posted on the FB group. I really like mine, it has many, many pockets.

@IlovePond If you get a holdall and want to swap, please can I pitch in early that I would love a holdall! Please keep me in mind!

@IlovePond hasn't arrived yet but I ordered on Boxing Day so it must be arriving soon! They sent part of the order - it includes a crossbody Chelsea pocket sling and a paddington but the rest of the order is still on its way - what size crossbody are you looking for?

@manpan1 - I quite like the idea of a Chelsea crossbody, (don’t need it, but would use). I absolutely do not need any more tote bags- I have dozens knocking around, (and still can’t find any when going to the shop 🙀)

I'd heard of Roka bags but had no idea just how many different types there were. I haven't done the lucky dip because I'm very picky, but this thread inspired me to get a BNWT small Paddington in Stormy on Vinted.
Really happy with it and at how sturdy and well-made it is. I can understand why you're all such fans and I'm sure to get another of their bags at some point.

The more i looked at the small bantry, the more I thought - it really is small. And it didn't match the price stated.

So I emailed and I've just had a response that they're sending me a new medium bag for free 😁 excellent customer service!

How did some of you find out what the replacement bag was before you got it? The shop app just says lucky dip maxi mystery

I got an ‘invoice’ (saying I owed nothing) when it was dispatched, and it specified the bag on it. This was the evening of the day I got the email saying they were sending a replacement bag.

I got an email saying I would get a free maxi dip medium bag!

I’m off to give them 5 stars on Trustpilot!

I feel very lucky as I wasn’t sure whether to go midi or maxi. I’m not so keen on the majority of styles in the midi range and went for the maxi expecting a tote. I would have sent a medium or large backpack back (or swapped).

Same here! So glad I didn't accept the useless £5. I would also really have happily returned the black bantry, but they said to keep it. Faith restored in their customer service and I will continue to purchase their products as the bags are fab!

I got that email too and there's nothing showing on shop or an invoice! I presume as they emailed me 5.30 on Friday I might hear something on Monday, unless somethings gone wrong! I am a bit worried I've had the initial email to say they're sending the new bag but nothing more! Especially since you're all saying you had invoices and things showing on shop! 😬

@PeppyGreenFinch I ordered early on the 26th and I think they changed the description of what was included in the maxi on the 27th.

I had an email saying they would send a replacement on Friday and the bag has just arrived. No invoice or dispatch email etc 😊

I think I've just convinced myself nothing is going to arrive 🤣🤣 i didn't think royal mail deliver on Sundays?

I had my email on the 2nd Jan to say I'd receive a replacement. I haven't had a dispatch email or an invoice and nothing has arrived yet. Desperately remaining patient because I think they'll be ridiculously busy - but I don't have a patient bone in my body.

What did you get?? (It's not normal to be so excited about what other people are getting is it 😂)
