I think I've decided to head to Vinted instead of doing the lucky dip, as I've realised I really want something in cranberry or emerald. 😄

Question for those who have received something in emerald - is it a true green in the 'flesh' so to speak? Some of the pics I've seen on Vinted show it looking more of a sort of teal which I'm less drawn to...

I got a small Bantry B and a Chelsea in emerald. It's definitely a true green, not a hint of teal.

I have an emerald chelsea and its definitely green, quite a rich green, but i can't get the colour too come across correctly in photos! I'd say the colour is true on the website though

@FestiveFruitloop I got an Emerald Chelsea. I would say it was a true green and would actually describe it more as a Forest Green. For me Emerald should be a bight brighter green.

I received a small bantry in the maxi lucky dip. I ordered before the price was changed. Sent them an email yesterday and have just received an email saying they would send me a medium out and to keep the small one I had. I would have been happy to send it back for an exchange.
Seems that the price change is going to cost Roka a lot of money.

I’ve just had the same after a bit of a prompt today - I posted earlier in the thread

I feel a bit guilty as there were quite a lot of exclamation marks in the response though I know it will be a centrally generated response.

I guess that if there hasn’t been the mistake I would have just put it down to luck, shrugged and been a bit disappointed but it was just a surprise that it wasn’t in the range I expected. I was v happy with my Paddington and Chelsea and overjoyed last year at my medium bantry and cross body bag

Yes, I feel guilty as love the roka brand and I said I was happy to exchange or to redip if there was a guarantee of the original spec. I hope it doesn’t cause them a long term deficit (but might unsubscribe from their marketing emails as do feel bad and now have lots of bags) ho hum

Yes medium Canfield, I have two lovely medium canfields this year now, and I must not buy any more as I have an unhealthy amount of bags from Roka now 🤣🤣

I think I'm receiving a medium Canfield creative waste (black and seaport) which I'll be quite happy with. I prefer brighter colours, but this'll do for what I need it for.

As the name and address on the invoice was for a different customer, I have no idea if it's theirs or mine. I'll see what shows up.

@MamaTrois - have you told them about the incorrect name/address? It’s quite a big mistake and I would be pretty annoyed if I found out ROKA were giving my details out to other people.

I have.

I emailed them as soon as I noticed, asked them to clarify the data breach and confirm that my details also haven't been mistakenly sent to someone else.

Eeeek 😬😬😬😬 between the error in the stated value of the maxi, leading them to need to send lots of free replacements, and now a GDPR breach - Roka are having a mare aren't they!
