A follow up on my disappointing x2 maxi lucky dips (small Bantry), Roka have been extremely decent and have sent me a large and medium Canfield which arrived this am. They are great, excellent colours (a bonus!) and will happily fit what I need for work! Hats off to them, it’s been really exemplary customer service 😊🤗 and I am chuffed with the bags. @manpan1 - thank you so much for flagging the website wording issue, I’d like to say thanks to you particularly- will DM you now!

I have just received my replacements sent out for my small bantry. I have a medium Trafalgar in purple, a medium Canfield in black and purple, and a Chelsea in emerald.

I know everyone may not have experienced the same, but it my view ROKA customer service team have been incredible. They responded to my email promptly, offered to put the situation right and in less than 2 days I have received the replacements and more. A mistake has obviously happened somehow but that’s just life, and it is the handling of the mistake that matters. ROKA have definitely earned themselves a repeat customer here. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

No dispatch email. Just showed up today via Royal Mail. I did receive an invoice email last night.

Received mine today- a Creative Waste medium Canfield B in black with a grey top. Didn't get a dispatch email and Shop still says "ready to ship".

I'm happy with the size, but not thrilled with the colour as I'd prefer something brighter. If anyone has anything medium sized and brightly coloured, I might be interested in a swap. Otherwise I think I'll put it on Vinted for the Lucky Dip price.

Ironic that the label says “ROKA London is for living life in colour” 😂

I got the invoice email about 9pm last night. I got the email from customer services saying they were sending out a replacement the day before 😊

I paid for the maxi, and got a small bantry in graphite! Colour is OK, but I think I bought it after the wording changed and would have preferred something bigger! Not a lot I can do, but feel Roka have been sly changing the price! May send it back!

Got my last dips, a small and medium. Pleased with them 😊 marine Paddington and emerald chelsea. That's me done for this year!

I've just had another DPD "sorry we missed you" with a photo of a completely different house 2 streets away. I don't think this dip is my destiny...

Mine has arrived too. The Canfield has side pockets which is what I was hoping for so I'm really pleased.

@undercoverhero74 nope, it just turned up this am, about 48hr after an email explaining what they were going to do! It’s made my Saturday for sure!

So I was impatient and out my bag on Vinted for £35 (lucky dip plus postage). It sold within half an hour. So if anyone isn't happy with their item and doesn't want to pay return postage to ROKA, it seems Vinted is a good way to go!

Did I just order another maxi lucky dip to try my luck again? Maybe 🙈

I got a medium Bantry b in black, ordered on the 27th and arrived today with Royal Mail! It’s my first bag from them so can’t complain, fits my laptop in!

Received my maxi lucky dips yesterday.
Just debating what to keep.

I got:

• Small Bantry in Marine
• Trafalgar Creative Waste
• Medium Finchley in mist

No complaints just not sure what i need/want/ would use! Any interest in swapping?

Argh. Still waiting for mine. There were no deliveries today. So fingers crossed for Monday. The Shop App did update to tell me that my order was ready to ship. That was about 12 hours after Roka customer service told me they could see my delivery is in transit. Anybody else in Ireland get theirs? It's been a long wait since the 26th!

Me! Ditto - still waiting- Shop app also updated to ready to ship so hopefully soon. I only ordered a midi.

I've got a small bantry. Love the style and colour but what do people actually use them for. I've just put hat, scarf and gloves in mine and it's almost full. I feel like maybe it's a child's bag? How do others find them?

My replacement arrived today! Really happy with the service from Roka, think they've handled all this drama brilliantly. Got the same black and purple creative waste one a PP posted below. Perfect for work!

The small bantry b is absolutely perfect as the personal item for jet2 flights. I’ve test packed it with my 10” tablet, my kindle, my over ear headphones, my medicines bag, purse, passport and phone. There’s still a bit of room and as a bonus it still looks smaller than the handbag I’d planned to take.

I don’t carry umbrellas or water bottles and to that I can add that I don’t carry hats, scarves and gloves.
