@MamaTrois I too received my apology email around 4ish so I'm really excited to see what they are going to send me. I'll be a tad disappointed if it's another Bantry but I'd be happy with any medium really 😊

My dispatch details tell me I’m getting a Trafalgar Tote in purple. Not quite my thing but I’m appreciative of the replacement to put things right.

I just emailed them and enquired why I hadn't been offered a replacement and received a very pleasant email back, saying I would be sent a medium sized bag. So many thanks to those who told me to try emailing again!

Blimey, what a ride this thread has been! I initially had FOMO after buying a small Finchley A on ebay before knowing the lucky dip existed but even though it was almost full price I'm getting the bag I wanted in the colour I wanted. But I am still tempted to have a go...

I placed a dip order on 31 Jan, just had an email from DPD re delivery.

Will be putting it straight on the swap page if it’s small as I need something bigger for work.

I'm so pleased I read this thread, I had initially settled for a £5 'voucher' and emailed again, they are now sending me a replacement. Now to get rid of my small black bantry

@undercoverhero74 did you get a despatch email? I got the first email yesterday about a medium bag being sent but nothing since.

@LuckyDuckyRoka nope, still nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️ I will update as soon as I do but if it's like my original delivery, I probably won't get a dispatch email at all 😂😂

I ordered a maxi and a mini lucky dip and received a black medium Bantry b and a corn Paddington d bag. Very happy with that and tempted to go again!

Hi does anyone know what it means when the Roka website shows 'Fulfilled 3rd Jan' next to your order? Does that mean that Roka shipped it on that day? Or do they think it was delivered that day? Still waiting for my Boxing Day order and want to make sure they don't think it's been delivered! Thanks

I think it means sent but I would definitely send them an email. It's been over a week since most people received their boxing day purchases and even those who ordered later have had their bags delivered so I'd definitely want to check it was on its way.

I did try emailing and calling but I don't get a response so I am trying to work out where the order is before deciding whether to place another order... in the hope that I actually receive something!!! I wonder whether my husband is just intercepting my orders to prevent me buying any more Roka backpacks 😁I will try and contact them if it doesn't arrive on Monday. Thanks x

Ordered maxi & midi and got cranberry small bantry b and plum Paddington b - love them!! These are my first Roka bags and I'm glad you guys sucked me in 😁

The bantry is pretty small, though...

I bought a dip of each size and received a medium Bantry in black, a Paddington B in candy and a small Paddington in plum - pretty happy with those! I already have more Roka bags than I need but couldn’t resist temptation 🫣😆

I put in a maxi order on Dec 28th and received mine today (via Royal Mail) - a small Bantry b in stormy, which I'm very pleased with as I was hoping for a small back pack in a reasonably muted colour. The Shop app is still saying ready to ship.

The small bantry b is absolutely perfect as the personal item for jet2 flights. I’ve test packed it with my 10” tablet, my kindle, my over ear headphones, my medicines bag, purse, passport and phone. There’s still a bit of room and as a bonus it still looks smaller than the handbag I’d planned to take.

I don’t carry umbrellas or water bottles and my DC are adults so it’s ideal for my needs.

My two minis have arrived and I'm really pleased with them! An emerald Chelsea (nylon) and my favourite dip so far, a black label small Carnaby in Imperial Purple canvas, which is beautiful!
