Order arrived today - medium bantry in cranberry. Very pleased, it's a lovely vibrant colour and will be perfect as a change for work or for daytime.

I love cranberry! I've got a large Canfield, small purse and little Paddington all from either this year's or last year's lucky dips, in this colour. It's such a lovely pop of colour!

Raging. DPD were meant to deliver between 5 and 6. Got a message saying the van was late and then the driver fucked off home at 7 (you can see a map) and had the cheek to change it to Sorry We Missed You. Monday now.

That's frustrating but they might still deliver this weekend. Mine was delivered by DPD and unexpectedly arrived on a Sunday!

I ordered Boxing Day morning. Chased several times. No response. No delivery. Still showing as unfulfilled. Have tried calling but no answer. Starting to take it personally now....!

I'm the opposite but I first heard of this years offer via the email that very prominently displayed the values of the different dips and didn't mention anything about what types of bags were included. It talked about "unbeatable value" and as i already have a few roka bags and didn't need anything desperately was mostly tempted by the guarantee to get something worth at least double the price paid!! Or so i thought!

I also knew from last year that products could be included that weren't listed and I noticed the wording was fairly open-ended so was more guided by the price range than the blurb!!

Same. I think those of us with a few Roka bags already were more likely to look at price ranges to gauge what was likely to be in them.

I quickly realised that small Bantrys mostly wouldn’t be covered due to being £54.95 which for me was good, as they are too small. So when one arrived, I was surprised.

Oooh! I've had an email to tell me that my "replacement" (actually supplementary) bag is being dispatched, and I'm apparently getting a cranberry Bayswater! So I'm very pleased with that. It's a pity that wasn't in the first parcel!

Ah! This has gotten me excited. I haven't had an email yet, but I'm hoping for one soon.

Oh I've had a look online and that's a lovely looking bag. Hopefully you can put it to good use.

Just heard from Roka and they are offering me 30% off a subsequent order. Tbh I feel quite jaded by the experience so don't think I will be ordering again. It does annoy me because they fully admit that it is a mistake on their part - so by rights I should have a medium backpack, not a small.

@Myotherusernamesafunnyone would you be up for a swap? Don't worry if not - I am starting to feel this is all just an expensive mistake on my part!

@AlbertCampion I haven't received my order yet so just interested in experiences of others here... there seems to be a wide variation between responses from Roka. Has anyone worked out why some customers are being offered a bigger bag (with the small being kept as a freebie) and others are being offered a discount code instead? It seems like quite a difference in resolution approaches? I can't spot a pattern yet!

@manpan1 I don't know and tbh I am quite irritated by it! I made a point of being polite and courteous in my email because I appreciated that they must be under a lot of pressure, but I wonder if I had been more forthright they would have offered me a replacement. Ultimately, I just want to receive what I ordered.

@AlbertCampion You might be right. It might be worth asking them why they have not offered a resolution that is consistent with others. I think I would. It's still courteous. Good luck x

Snap! I really like it so I'm chuffed, I bought a Canfield B last year and have used it loads.

@AlbertCampion I'm quite surprised, as my email was just a copy and paste job, so assumed everyone would get the same response now. Worth going back to them I reckon.

Albert sorry I'm going to hold out in the hope of a medium sized something in a darkish colour, but if I fail I might end up coming back to you!

@YellowPlate I have received the same email earlier this afternoon about sending a medium and keeping my small. How long after did you receive the dispatch email?
