I ordered mine on the 31st and it got despatched this morning. Coming at 5pm (this is next day)

Mines on dpd and has been saying "we've received your order but haven't received your parcel " since 7pm yesterday 🥲 I ordered on the 30th before 2pm on what should have been next day delivery. It's really disappointing that they seem to be prioritising getting new orders off quicker instead of the older orders

I ordered on the 30th (standard delivery) and it's showing as ready to send on the Shop tracker. Hoping it comes soon!

It's arrived. An inoffensive black nylon medium Bantry. Don't need it for work as got one last year. Slightly too big for days out/shopping and too small for travelling other than an overnight. I'll keep it though. That was ordered on the 30th with next day delivery 🙄

@mauvish I had the same email as you and @YellowPlate about a medium bag being sent to me. I got the email at 01:58 this morning and have just had a dispatch email. They are sending me a creative waste Canfield B black edition purple. A bit of a mouthful!

I’ve been told another ‘colourful’ bag worth £59.95 is being sent to me. From looking at the website it looks like it will be another small Bantry 😶or a Trafalgar.
I was hoping for a small Finchley instead tbh, or a two-tone bag but am a bit worried about getting purple gingham now!

I'm still being tempted by a midi. What are people getting in their midi dips? Is it only the Paddington?

I got a Paddington in the midi dip. I've just succumbed to FOMO and ordered another midi and a mini.

I've had an email saying that they're posting me a medium bag. (Ordered a maxi, got a small Bantry).
I'm hoping they mean a medium sized bag, and not a midi dip!

I haven't had any dispatch email, but I didn't first time around either.

Can everyone just clarify, when you say things are arriving with no tracking, is that exclusively royal mail delivery, or dpd too? Thanks!

How long did it take people to get a reply from Roka? I emailed last night ([email protected]) and have so far received nothing. But I suspect they are very busy with complaints!

When I was manager of a mail order team someone used to go through, categorise and flag emails on a red, amber, yellow system. Yellows were general enquiries and usually last. Reds were changes to express orders or severe complaints. They're probably not going chronologically.

Mine has arrived. It’s a medium Bantry and fits my laptop. It’s a lovely bright colour but not what I’m looking for. If anyone wants to swap and has something in a similar size in a green or blue shade or even black or grey, let me know! Mine is candy.

For Two maxis and a midi i got a medium finchley (canvas), a paddington B and a small Bantry B (nylon).

Overall happy but the small bantry really is quite tiny. Struggling to think what I'd use it for so ill ask about a return/replacement.

I also was planning on playing again for gifts as hoping to get a laptop work bag in a better color to match my coat but think i'd better just wait for sales or look on vinted - I don't feel the maxi lucky dip value is worth the risk with the amended price!

Did anyone receive a Tote? Would love to swap for a tote!
