I've just received my Maxi. Another small Bantry in black.

I'm a bit disappointed. I'll make use of it but it's not exactly colourful.

I'd tempted to hop back in for a mini.
Did anyone get a hat in the mini? I don't want a hat.

I ordered another mini and midi on next day dpd postage, I haven't had any notification of it being posted yet..... I have another item that I've had no notification of postage for from the 27th too. If you buy another, just be aware you might be waiting some time for it, even if you pay for next day delivery...! Roka really ought to post something on Instagram to make customers aware of the delays. I can only imagine they must be understaffed and have more orders than last year, as last year was much better organised!

Taken a look on Vinted , think some are bulk lucky dipping .

And not exactly cheap and saying on some no offers .

Although they d9 seem to have quite a variety and not all small black bantry !

At first I was worried if those were counterfeit (like fjallraven, some seller have tons for sale in all colours) but I think they are probably getting these at staff prices/wholesale price so they could undercut the official site by a little but still want a bit of profit above what they paid for.

Decided just to do the free return and discard the quite frankly useless £5 voucher (because you can't combine with free delivery code!). Too many poor picks for me to risk dipping again and ending up with another small black bantry. Might just look at other brands to be honest - I love the Roka canfield I have but this years dip has soured it a bit for me, might be time to find a new fave!

Oh I just realised I'm going to have to fight them for the £5 delivery charge! My return is valued at £27 (used a 10% code so actually paid 32).

@hohoho24 Isn't it sad that a brand as strong as Roka can damage their reputation by making a mistake like this. They will likely lose a lot of future customers and loyal supporters. It wouldn't be difficult for them to make a decision and do the right thing. But their silence and inconsistent responses to people aren't helping. So sad and likely more expensive for them in the long run.

I love Roka stuff but the shipping delays and lack of updates are putting me off doing the dip in future. It's no fun waiting days and days for your items with no idea when it's coming. Rather than feeling excited I feel frustrated. They've got a lot wrong this year. Xmas period or no, this boxing day sale is their peak period and they should have planned and staffed this properly.

I ordered Friday night and it's just arrived. No dispatch email from ROKA but I did get one from DPD.

Received a small Bantry B in emerald and a Chelsea in the same colour.

I tried to add the 10% off welcome code but it didn’t stack.

How did you find the return process? Did they respond or quickly or could you do it yourself?

Ordered a maxi lucky dip at 4am on the 27th and it just arrived via Royal Mail

Got a medium black bantry which works as a personal item for flying with a carry on wheelie case , so I'm happy with that . A small bantry would not have been big enough

No shipping update and not showing as shipped on the shop app or via my Roma order page

I’ve blocked a couple of those folk. Clearly buying sale and lucky dip stock and selling full price. Hate that kind of stuff. At least that way I don’t have to see them! 😂

Though how are they getting such a variety !

I think they buy in all the various sales and then multi post at certain times of year, when they know demand will be higher. Or have inside links!

I decided to have a punt and got a teal small bantry, its really nice although a medium would have been good. I will still use this loads though.

Anyone still waiting for there order? Placed one for 2 Maxi Lucky Dips Friday morning and it still says "Preparing Shipment".....Starting to get inpatient 🤨🤨

They could even be fakes… I always ask if they are prepared to have items authenticated. ( I don't expect them to, but their answers sort out the genuine…).

They also risk being reported for business selling, unless they have Vinted Pro.

Got my midi today which is a Paddington b in marine. I’m happy with what I got in total.

I received my Maxi dip today. As predicted it was a small Bantry. Surprisingly though, it wasn't black or cranberry.

I have emailed to query as I did put the order in before the value change.

Large finchley in grey here. Might have preferred brighter but happy with style/size. Now to sit on hands to avoid getting another
