My 2 Minis arrived today - a Chelsea sling in mustard and a small Carnaby wallet in black.

I’m delighted as I’ve been after a small cross body that will hold my phone and keys. The Chelsea is quite roomy. I don’t really use a wallet or purse anymore but the Carnaby will work as a mini organiser for my gym bag.

I ordered a Maxi and a Mini last year and gave both to DD who was thrilled. A small yellow with purple trim Finchley and an orange bucket hat. She loves both.

I ordered on 27th and they came today. No emails besides the order confirmation.

Gah. Got my maxi (ordered before the wording change) a small bantry in stormy...will be returning unless anyone wants to swap

I got this last year in the lucky dip and I've worn it constantly. I love it. It's deceptively spacious. I can fit a small umbrella and bottle of water in mine

Just have to make sure I don’t do what I did last time I changed my crossbody bag a couple of weeks ago and lost my building Id pass for work. Must have pulled it out by accident as didn’t have its own separate compartment!
My new one is ready for me to pick up when I’m next in the office!
Due to my work I had to declare a security breach as a result. A good person did actually hand it in to the police station tho.

I ordered Friday afternoon and am still waiting for delivery. Hope it is worth the wait 😬

I tried contacting customer service to find out if my order shipped and if they could advise an expected delivery date. Got an automated e-mail that they're operating on reduced staff from Dec 27th to Jan 02nd. I'm all for giving people time off over Christmas, but it seems spectacularly stupid to run a promotional event that draws the kind of interest their current one does, and leave functions that interact with customers less staffed. Not the way to win yourself new customers.

@Norma27 it has a small zip compartment on the inside you'll be happy to know as well as the outer zipped pocket. Also has a phone pocket inside. Plus it's waterproof if you get stuck in a torrential downpour. Lovely sturdy zips too.

Why are they offering next day courier delivery if they’re not actually posting in time?

I’m not in any hurry and happy to wait but it seems a strange way to do business.

Having said I wouldn’t bother this year I’m tempted by a midi to see if I get another Paddington B. I love the one I got last year.

Got mine. Ordered a Maxi before they changed the wording, but received a small Bantry in Marine.
I love the colour, but I would have preferred a larger one. What is their response to this issue? Is it worth waiting to see if they deal with it properly in the New year?

@Thingsthatgo I would wait to see how they address the issues next week. They are on skeleton staff until next week and they will have been inundated with everyone asking similar questions so I imagine they will devise a policy next week and respond to everyone then, in a consistent way. Some people have been offered a free swap for a bag worth more than £59.95, some people have been offered a discount voucher or £5 refund.
There are also lots of orders not yet despatched so if you want to swap you will have more to choose from when everyone receives their orders after next week. I love the colour of yours but am waiting for my delivery so don't know what I have available to swap yet. I will let you know what I have when it arrives.

Does anyone know what the etiquette is for buying? Does the buyer do a bank transfer and the seller then ships? I would prefer bank transfer to PayPal. Thanks

If I add a Paddington B when my basket already has £70+ of bags in it, I’m charged £10. However, if I then add my key worker code it goes back to full price.

It doesn’t work the other way round, either - key worker then Paddington. It seems only one code can be applied per basket, plus free delivery over ?£60.

Has anyone else found this, perhaps with a student code?
