There are some on Vinted but some "lovely"people stick them on there for almost full price! Who will pay £68 for a Heathrow "new without tags"?

I got the Paddington in bright pink (midi)… It is not my kind of colour so where do I go to swop??

I've emailed customer services so fingers crossed they honour the £59.95 value - I got a small nylon bantry in black and was hoping for something a bit more vibrant or at least canvas. Never mind the fact you can buy it brand new on amazon for £41.99....

I’ve received mine and I am v disappointed. The first year I did this I got a small dark green rucksack which was delighted with. Last year I did a large and small and got an orange large rucksack and I small yellow round bag. Wouldn’t have chosen either but have used the rucksack a lot and gave the other away. This year my partner ordered a LD for my birthday as I am a Xmas birthday and I exactly the same colours as last year. Orange round bag and small yellow. I have written to them but don’t hold out much hope. I have been shopping with them since they started and suspect have brought them many new customers but won’t bother next year unless I hear back. Hope you all fare better!

Surely you can just return it if you don't like it?

There are a couple of sellers on Vinted who repeatedly seem to buy the bags in lucky dip sales or Black Friday and then sell for full price. Their names pop up all the time. Hate it!

So, are the small backpacks in the Midi-dip? I already have a medium and would love a small one but don’t know which dip to go for! Also, do you receive 1 item or more? It’s all very exciting!!!

For anyone who ordered a maxi dip before they changed the lower price point to £54.95 instead of £59.95 and received something less than £59.95, here is a screenshot from their webpage confirming the price brackets for the dip.

Are the backpacks comfortable? The straps aren’t padded and I wondered if they cut into your underarms when they are on your back.

I had a job requiring me to lug a laptop all around london on the tube and it was a big 15 inch one as well, I had a large canfield b and it was the best thing ever,so comfortable and well worth the money

If you order today, small backpacks are in the maxi-dip. They changed the descriptions yesterday.

There are quite a few people who received the small Bantry B, including me, which is £54.95 at full price so shouldn’t have been included in the Maxi-dip
when the description was as @theelectricnorth ’s screenshot at 11:13am today.

If you do get a larger one I expect there will be lots of people happy to swop with you.

They have left 2 Bantry B on as £59.95, so will probably try to get round this. If they try that it would be very disappointing as they have clearly messed up here. I'm hoping they respond to my message positively.

Not sure exactly when they changed it, but at 11:37am on 28/12 it still said 59.95-89.95 as I took a screenshot.

Fortunately the one I received is still on there at £54:95. If you receive a small Bantry B and are not happy with it, it might be useful to look on the site and, if the exact same one is there, take a screenshot of the current price.

Page 1 of this thread has this screen shot from Boxing Day morning that states all backpacks are in the maxi category.

It does seem a bit confusing.

I thought it meant that it was all sizes, that met the original value parameters. For example, a small Finchley would be included at £64.95 but a small Bantry wouldn't at £54.95

Whereas I read it that if you want a backpack then you’ll need to order a maxi lucky dip.

I emailed Roka. They have offered me a free return and £5 complementary voucher. Kind of wanted them to offer me an alternative. Not sure whether to just sell…

I'm after a small cross body bag for travelling but don't want to risk getting a lime green bum bag in the midi lucky dip (especially as the key worker and free delivery codes won't stack). Do Roka do other discounts later in the year where you can choose the bag you want?

Mines just been delivered. Am impressed as I wasn't expecting it until Monday. I got a small bantry as well which isn't terrible but it's black and I was kind of hoping for something a little more exciting so I'm open to swapping if anyone wanted something a bit more inconspicuous. 😂

Has anyone who ordered on Thursday afternoon got an e-mail confirming shipping? I got the email saying my order was received. It says I'll get another when the order ships, but I've got nothing yet. Ordered one of each size. Given I needed international delivery, I'm hoping that they get the size issues sorted.

I got my first yesterday saying DPD had my parcel and a second this morning with a delivery time slot and it was delivered today.

No idea if it will differ for international delivery though.

That’s disappointing when the maxi description says “It’s bold, it’s exciting, and it’s guaranteed to add a pop of colour to your adventures!”

Too many disappointments on this thread so I’m going to skip it this year.
