Looking for recommendations for a plastic surgeon for deep plane face and neck lift. There are a couple (with eye watering prices) who feature heavily on SM, but interested to hear of any others. I’m in London but happy to travel.

I've received quotes of £35k and £42k at London-based clinics. You could have it done in Lisbon for half the price and their plastic surgeons are excellent. At least as good as ours.

The UK and especially London is disproportionately overpriced. If you're looking at spending over £30k, get it done properly in the USA or Switzerland.

Can I ask your ages? I'm 46 and have 4 kids. I am trying to hold off fillers and a lift for a few more years. I get botox biannually and a tretinoin/hydroquinone mix from Monderma that has worked wonders to my lines and sun spots.

This is a weird post. Get it done in Switzerland or USA not the UK? You think there are no top surgeons in the UK? There are 🙄
