I agree that suit is too long on Leti. If she was wearing the sky-high heels of old it would be ok but it is too long with the lower heel.

I think Leti’s jacket and skirt are both too long.
I quite like her evening dress though. If you look closely the bodice is pleated.

Leti looks great in that little photo montage. Love the winter white outfit, like the tweed and also her evening gown.
Max looks exuberantly, opulently fabulous in that shade of red!

I don't like Leti's tweed suit, the proportions are all wrong, but I love her evening dress, and the winter whites are perfection 👌

I would really like to see Kate in the Vladimir, in its emerald configuration. Green suits her colouring, IMO.

Have any state visits been announced for next year? Those seem to be the only times they get the tiaras out these days. It's not like the days of QEII, the Queen Mum and Princess Margaret, who seemed to don them at the slightest opportunity!

Yes I think that Kate would look great with emeralds - perhaps they should melt down some jewellery and make Kate an emerald version of the Kolosnikhov tiara that nearly all of the Swedish royal women have worn (Sofia wore it on Wednesday but Madeleine and Victoria have also worn it).

I also think she would look great in the Connaught tiara that Madeleine wore at the banquet but CPV has also worn - a princess tiara with Kate's long hair

I went looking for photos of Victoria with her hair down and found one of her in the Connaught and hair down. This one is gorgeous - it's for their 10th wedding anniversary in 2020.

The aquamarine tiara is wonderful on Madeleine as it matches her eyes.

I prefer the bandeau type tiaras than the spiky ones. That aquamarine one is lovely but my favourite was Eugenie’s emerald wedding day one.

Eugenie and Meghan both had beautiful wedding tiaras.

I'd really prefer a different emerald tiara for Catherine - I think the Vladimir is quite similar in style to the Lovers' knot and won't look too different. I'd love it if they found a long-forgotten piece for her to wear, and it'd be interesting to see her in a kokishnik style. But if it has to be the Vladimir then I guess it'll do. 😁

The Eugenie emerald wedding tiara would suit Kate. Maybe a ruby tiara as well.

I wonder if Camilla is moving away from the old "one person - on tiara" convention to allow a more flexible use of tiaras like the Swedes where tiaras do not seem to be reserved and instead the senior royal women pick the one that best goes with their outfits. We have seen a little recently with Camilla wearing the aquamarine ribbon tiara previously worn by Sophie.

Yes, that's true! I wanted her to wear the Oriental Ruby.

Really I'd like her to have one more of the more important tiaras for her own use as PoW. Don't mind if she shares some of the others with Sophie.

Yes @Lunde it looks like that's the case, since a few have been shared now. I still want Camilla to keep a few for herself and I think Catherine ought to have at least 3 exclusively. But other than that I like the fact that they're sharing. Especially for Sophie's sake.

Really think they ought to bring a few more out of the vault, mind.

To be fair, until Kate wore it a couple of years ago, it was assumed that the Strathmore Rose tiara had been broken down, as it hadn't been seen since the QM was a young woman, IIRC.

I don't think QEII wore either of the mahoosive Greville tiaras, which were favourites of the QM and which Camilla evidently likes a lot too. So they had about 20 years of retirement.

Whoops, only one, the Honeycomb one. And the emerald one that's only been seen on Eugenie.

I'd call that functional, not stylish wear. Za's outfit would have looked much better with a stylish coat in a nice colour, as the base outfit of slim black trousers and jumper are great.
Never keen on those daft Alice bands either. Not sure anyone past the age of 11 looks good in them!

I don't find Zara particularly stylish, most of her outfits are very Karen Millen c2010 and they never look very comfortable.
