Also I don't think they work together! But individually I like each piece.

RomainingToBeSeen · 18/11/2024 22:25

I don't hate Sophie's outfit and actually quite like the blouse.

I do quite fancy a (not leather) pinafore though after seeing Camilla and now Sophie in one.

AllTangledUpInTinselAndTiaras · 18/11/2024 22:28

She looks great, tbf.

justasking111 · 18/11/2024 22:29

She's looking very svelte.

Eaumyword · 18/11/2024 22:43

Ooh I really like Soph in that black leather outfit! Not totally sold on the blouse, but get that the thinking is to soften the sharper look of the leather.

AllTangledUpInTinselAndTiaras · 18/11/2024 22:45

Yeah in theory it could work but it just doesn't for me.

Serenster · 19/11/2024 04:03

I’ll be the dissenting voice and say I love that look on Sophie and 100% would wear it myself. Such an improvement from the last time she wore that dress, when it was just too tight.

Yes it's way, way better this time around. I would happily have worn it when I was slimmer. I'm way too busty now and I think it would look a bit silly. 😞

No nor me, too much leather and don't like the fit.

KillingMeDeftIy · 19/11/2024 12:07

I think I'd prefer the leather dress without the belt. It's by Loewe but a few seasons old now. It's an interesting choice for Sophie - a fairly conservative cut but the leather gives it a bit of edge.

Who knows, maybe she and Edward are weekend bikers? He's out looking for a leather double-breasted blazer as we speak!

Eaumyword · 19/11/2024 12:38

I'd be there for Edward in a leather double breasted blazer 😆
Rania looks fantastic and I love that red colour and outfit.

justasking111 · 19/11/2024 14:56

I've been wondering for a while if Sophie has had a breast reduction. It wouldn't be too out there. My friend did at this age. Was a fantastic result clothes wise

Maireas · 19/11/2024 16:24

Rania in red ♥️ gorgeous

I like Charlene’s suit, very pretty colour.

Papergirl1968 · 19/11/2024 22:31

The Hello article doesn’t show Charlene’s feet though. The trousers are ankle grazers and she appears to be wearing dark coloured tights or pop socks (!) with court shoes. In the video they definitely didn’t look like boots.
Princess Anne meanwhile did dig a pair of warm boots out of the wardrobe to open a bridge.
And Mathilde chose a blue suit to read to schoolchildren.

Meanwhile Charles, Camilla and William hosted a diplomatic corps reception at Buck House. I like Cam’s aquamarine tiara and matching jewellery.

Her hair looks fabulous. Glad the aquamarines are getting an airing.

Like the gems, not the dress with so much crammed around the neckline. Two necklaces, brooch, ribbon. It's all bunched up.

Papergirl1968 · 19/11/2024 23:12

Ah, apparently the tiara is Queen Elizabeth’s small aquamarine tiara (is there a large aquamarine tiara?) also known as the aquamarine ribbon tiara and previously worn a couple of times by Sophie.
Charles and William were both in knee breeches…no pics of William though.

Eaumyword · 20/11/2024 07:18

Not sure about Char's dark foot attire against the pale pastel suit.
Cams looks fabulous in that rather gorgeous aquamarine tiara. I really like her gown.
Anne's outfit looks just functional, but as ever, I admire her for just getting on with it. You can almost hear her say (in her RP posh voice of course) right, off to open a bridge today. Will be bloody cold, so let's have the big coat, scarf and warm comfy boots. Same coat probably used to do the horses!😆

Choux · 20/11/2024 07:30

@Papergirl1968 I guess this is what you will term the larger aquamarine tiara:

Some nice pictures here of Sophie's tiaras (and gowns) including the not-so-small aquamarine.

Thanks, @RomainingToBeSeen - some lovely pieces.
