Very excited to be creating this thread to discuss the Pelegrims subscription box - my first one arrived today!

Me too.

Though they've not taken a payment - my original email said payment due on 30th Jan and even if they tried, I've had a new CC since then due to fraud. I can't find anywhere to change CC on my account so I've emailed them. Fingers crossed there won't be a problem.

I’m really excited for this box! I’ve absolutely loved the face oil. I got a dispatch notice for mine today (I think shipments are staggered depending on when payment is taken)

My renewal date was the 30th - a bit odd because I ordered on the 4th - but I emailed CS and they've changed it to today so mine is on its way.

I think I need to do this as my subscription is exactly the same. I don't think I can handle the anticipation! 😀

I just checked and saw my date is 30 Jan too. Argh! I think we all signed up around the same time? So I've emailed them and asked if they can take my payment earlier as I have terrible FOMO and will be traumatised if I have to wait until February for my box.

In the interim I have bought a few Pelegrims products and I'm loving them all so far. Really impressed!

Did you get the email about the product they had to exchange in this quarter's box? Don't want to say what it was in case people really like the surprise. I don't like surprises and have already been googling to see if I can find what else is included. 😀

Yes I got the email. I've already tried the product they subbed (bought some last year) and I like it a lot. But the email kind of spoiled the surprise, Then I came on here and realised about my payment not going out until 30 Jan which was a new issue. ;-)

I think there must have been a problem in their system as we all signed up within a day or two of each other and it was definitely at the beginning of the month.

I already bought one last year and have been using it at night while it’s been so cold (so for ‘winter skin’). My skin is quite sensitive and doesn’t usually like anything heavy but the balm has really been great. Definitely a winner and I will buy it again.
