The orders being dispatched out of sequence is very strange. Even if they are struggling to dispatch large numbers you'd still expect them to send out using date and time of orders. I can't imagine any IT system working on a different basis.

I got a reply to my instagram comment and they've sent me this link - ADVENT CALENDAR DISPTACH UPDATE – SPACE.NK.apothecary (spacenk.com)

Looks like orders placed on the 10th should be dispatched on the 24th, and they say they're doubling their efforts to send the stock out.

Just noticed the typo on the page, sounds like they've rushed this out... They must be getting a lot of complaints.

Just seen the YSL calendar. The box is gorgeous. I think if they had included a couple of eyeshadows and not as many lip products it would be a fab box.

The whole Space NK calamity is akin to Harrods fragrance.I was completely stressed with that, so understand exactly how it sits with everyone…not exactly the luxury experience you would hope for.
I do hope that you all get your calendars soon, this year has been extremely disorganised and quite a let down 🙄

Lookfantastic has been anything but fantastic as well, I ordered on launch day 1September and it still hasn’t been dispatched when people are posting on social media that they ordered over the weekend and they’ve been dispatched.

That's really poor @MrsBnow12 - I ordered it (as my 2nd one with Space NK being my 1st) and received it about 4 days later! Definitely speak to Customer Services about that, it sounds like your order is stuck in the system somehow!

Has anyone seen a discount code on the Look Fantastic advent calendar? I know there were some influencer £10 off ones floating around at this time last year but I haven't seen anything on Instagram yet.

After continually arguing with the AI generated messages from the SpaceNK Instagram account, they have apparently ‘checked [my] order and can see the order is processing in warehouse now for dispatch. [I] should receive a shipping email within 24 hours’.

I will let you know if I receive the shipping information…

Has anyone received their look fantastic calendar and rates the contents? As it is a lot cheaper than the other ones I'm thinking it will be full of minis - I have enough minis to last a lifetime so really prefer the full size products although I realise that you pay more for those. But are there enough decent full size things in LF to make it worth it?

Look fantastic came within four days. Looking at the contents I do think it’s one of the better ones. I was hoping for a candle or a decent shower gel or some nice makeup but they left these things out last year as well.

This is a list of the full sizes in the LF calendar. Not received mine yet but those in bold are things I know I will like or was interested in trying. The 30ml pot of Elemis was a big factor in my choice but if you're not that fussed about Elemis then it might appeal less.

Thanks - I see Avant has made it's way in there - does anyone ever actually pay the RRP on those things?

I would use the Medik8 press and glow and my daughter would go made for the Sol Cheirosa spray but nothing much else sounds amazing. I'll probably look out for those individual items on ebay. Don't think it's worth buying the calendar otherwise. The LF fragrance box which is currently out seems better value - you get the value of the box back to buy a full size fragrance so it's a full size + 5 x 10ml fragrances for £55

I would also be hesitant to order LF as they are saying dispatch is by 31 October so not good if you want it to add to your stash and not use as an advent….if something else appeals to me I will cancel and go with that instead.

I must be one of the few people left who hasn't tried Avant then. I'm always on the look out for a great primer. I have an e.l.f one at the moment that I'm determined to use up but isn't that great.

I read that as 31 Oct being the latest date they will dispatch. Hopefully it will be a lot sooner. I can wait but I'd rather not. 😄

I read it that way as well but when I queried where my order is and when dispatch can be expected it is what client services told me. Similar to SpaceNK they don’t seem to be dispatching in the same order as orders received.

I just don't understand this. Why would you not dispatch in order?

I ordered mine one day last week and received on Monday, so seems like 31 Oct is absolute backstop. Hopefully?
