It will be incredibly damaging to the brand of they can't fulfill these orders. I'd imagine they are working hard to source/ make more and they will get them out but after a delay.

Does anyone know when ACs from selfridges, John Lewis or Harvey Nicks are being released? I'm thinking October?

I also ordered on the 10th, which was considered early access.

At the very least, they should freeze new orders, and put a “temporarily out of stock” note on their website.

I hope they will contact us all soon and tell us exactly what’s happening.

Space NK update from me: will be delivered tomorrow.
I ordered on 11 September, first said delivery in a few days, then from 27 Sept, then from 4 Oct & now today out for delivery & will receive it tomorrow?

I’ve surprised myself by being tempted by the Neals Yard advent (love the box and will use all the contents), however don’t think it is the most astonishing value ever. I’ve tried using blue light card discount but it won’t work for that. Does anyone know please if they discount neals yard ones or eventually have codes which work on them. If not I’m going for Holland and Barrett! Thanks

John Lewis is 3rd October but not sure about the others. I imagine it will be October

I have just ordered the Olaplex hair oil from Vinted for £13 posted. It is usually £28 and the only thing I really fancied trying from the Space NK advent. I have lots of nice skin care coming in my Harrods calendar and have a stash of serums still to get through.

@LoveLabradors I keep looking at that Neals Yard calendar too, despite knowing that it’s not great value; it’s better value than many of the single brand calendars, and would be lots of new products for me. I’ve previously had and really liked the frankincense moisturiser, which is one of the attractions. And the box is beautiful. But I really, really don’t need another calendar.

Really surprised to hear about the SpaceNK mess; they are normally very reliable. I ordered as soon as it went on sale, and my calendar arrived on Saturday.

Same with me my money is back in account where it used to be pending RE space nk x

@pinkchampagne1 I'll be looking on Vinted too. So much Bader for much less than RRP, and you know if it's on from advent calendars it's going to be new stock.

Neals Yard is 6.8% on TopCashback at the moment although after while its beautiful looking it's still a bit pricey

Ordered space nk on the 10th , just got text from Royal Mail saying it's getting delivered today

Have you checked Amazon? I like the Cassis fragrance which isn't on their website but Amazon have got the candles.

I'm now looking at Boots 24 for my 20 year old daughter. She loves makeup particularly after blush & lip products and this seems quite good, plus skincare products she'd probably use. I've got £90 of Boots points - hoping there will be a discount.

I think SpaceNk may be a victim of its own success. It's the best of the similar priced calendars thisbyear in my opinion. I've previously had Liberty and Harvey Nicks but they really don't compare this year.

I will say that I have always had positve experiences with their customer service. I had them hold an item in store for an extra week when I couldn't get to town for a click and collect, they refunded a broken byterry ombre star with no fuss and just today I've had the £4 delivery charge refunded for my AC.
Long story short, I think they're overwhelmed but I would hope working hard to fix this for everyone affected.

I ordered at 10:22 on the 10th and mine still isn't shown as dispatched.

I’m genuinely happy for everyone here who has their Space NK, but I think it’s unfair that those who ordered on September 10th haven’t even had their orders processed yet, while later orders have already been dispatched

I've unboxed the ASOS calendar. It felt a little bit extravagant for a random Wed morning! 😂

It smelt very strongly of perfumed oil so I did wonder if there was a spillage but there wasn't. However...

The Revolution palette that everyone hates anyway was damaged. Bit annoyed because was going to put this in a gift set for one of DS's teen friends who has a birthday soon.

Not sure if anything can be done because I don't want to return the box and all it's contents and clicking on Customer Care sends you to an AI Chat Bot who tells you to return the order.

The good things - It was fun opening, still plenty of great products to try and some nice stocking fillers. I also now have a sturdy box to stash stuff in.

It's not one of the best calendars. LF offers better value if paying full price but if you can get a discount I think it's nice one for teens/young adults if you can get over the possibility of the odd damaged item.

Although the issue is more that Revolution are just cheap palettes and it would have been better PR for ASOS just to invest in a slightly higher quality one.

That’s really shoddy. And the Revolution thing is such a misfire, particularly as palettes really will be seen as star items. Very happy with the Iconic one in Glossybox which is £40+ and a brand that will excite DD.

The iconic one is very nice. I'm keeping an eye on Glossybox for reductions. I researched last years box and it seems they reduced in October ahead of Black Friday so if that happens I'll pick one up if I get the chance. Don't feel I can buy a 4th one just yet! 😂

I have to say I opened the LF Anastasia BH palette and the colours and textures are lovely. I'm probably too old for it but meh.

But again, three Anastasia soft glam palettes on Vinted, new, ranging £21-£30 plus post

What is going on with advent calendars this year!

I contacted Space NK and asked them exactly this - why are later orders being sent out when earlier ones haven't been fulfilled?
