I'm 43 and I honestly hate my saggy face.
I've always had no definition in my face
It gets me down
What surgery would help?
Would I need a face lift ?
Or anything else less dramatic ?

Honest opinion is that you look fine. No need for surgery! I’ve heard facial yoga can tighten the muscles but never tried it myself.

Idontjetwashthefucker · 11/09/2024 11:30

Hardly saggy and no, I wouldn't have a facelift, try facial exercises first

CookieMonster28 · 11/09/2024 11:32

Definitely don't need a face lift. Various skin tightening treatments available if you're self conscious - don't know the exact names of them but might be worth having a consultation to see what's advised if it's bothering you (although don't think you need it but appreciate its about how you feel) x

LegoTherapy · 11/09/2024 11:35

I just see a normal face. No sagging. Spend your money on therapy instead. Your face is fine.

Purplecatshopaholic · 11/09/2024 11:37

From that pic, no I don’t think you need a face lift. I’d see someone about non-surgical options first, if you are really concerned. Maybe invest in a NuFace, or other electrical toner too?

UmbrellaEllaEllaElla · 11/09/2024 11:38

I think you look fine.

DillDanding · 11/09/2024 11:41

No.

Facial yoga, NuFace device, Caci jowl treatments - there are loads of things you can do to help without resorting to surgery.

Spomb · 11/09/2024 11:44

I can’t see it due to all the squiggles! If you think it will make you happy and you can afford it then go for it. Lots of people do. Eventually though, your skin will sag and you’ll need to get used to it and no amount of surgery will change that. Might be an idea to try and get used to it now?

TheShellBeach · 11/09/2024 11:46

Your face looks fine to me.
I did find, when I hit my 40s, that my face wasn't the same as it used to be.

Retinol creams are very good.

You don't have a saggy face. From what I can see you look like you have quite a youthful face with plenty of subcutaneous fat (which you want in your face as you get older!).

theduchessofspork · 11/09/2024 11:50

Your face isn't saggy at all.

Obvs no one needs a face lift - but in terms of wanting one to reduce sag... well you don't have any so I don't think any reputable doc would agree to it.

I think this is in your head OP so look to address that.

lindyloo57 · 11/09/2024 17:43

Couse not, you face looks very youthful , don't go down that rabbit hole like Katie price

Fleurdalys · 11/09/2024 17:44

Here we go again

Shortandsweet24 · 11/09/2024 17:45

I can’t see any sagging at all.

ReadWithScepticism · 11/09/2024 17:45

No!!!! Your face looks fine and normal.

madaboutpurple · 11/09/2024 18:07

I would say you are totally fine as you are. You have a beautiful face from what I saw. I always think what would the person do if plastic surgery went wrong which it does from time to time . I would not like any operation unless it is life saving.

Chewbecca · 11/09/2024 20:12

Nope

Diedrewas · 11/09/2024 20:18

No op come on.

Wineandcupcakes · 11/09/2024 20:22

You don’t have a saggy face, so if this is real it means you’ve a mental health problem. Don’t get surgery. See your gp about your mental health.

HeySummerWhereAreYou · 11/09/2024 20:24

Can't even see you face with all the squiggles! What's the point of posting a photo and scribbling over itt?! Confused

PLUS you have only shown about a third of your face anyway!

.

NewMe2024 · 11/09/2024 20:25

If you do then I do. And I wasn’t planning to.

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 11/09/2024 20:27

I can’t see sagging there at all but it crept up on me. Sometimes makeup makes it look worse and sometimes better with it on.

I use a retinol oil on my face about twice a week or once. It does help.

Mydogdoesntlikeyou · 11/09/2024 20:31

I think everyone’s just getting used to seeing razor sharp jawlines due to filler/botox/threads/whatever mad other shit people are doing. I think a lot of us now have pretty fucked up perceptions on beauty standards

judging from that picture you have a youthful face shape, do what makes you happy but I think you look lovely

JC03745 · 11/09/2024 20:31

I've always had no definition in my face

No- its not sagging at all and I'd called it a square shaped jawline. Not sure what you mean by no definition?
