I'm 43 and I honestly hate my saggy face.
I've always had no definition in my face
It gets me down
What surgery would help?
Would I need a face lift ?
Or anything else less dramatic ?

The tiny bit of your face in the photo looks fine. Maybe the rest is awful? Who knows?

My lower face is sagging in my 40s but fuck it. Those massage rollers help temporarily.

I’d consider a facelift as am getting jowly and a bit of a downturned mouth - there’s no way on earth i could afford the £20k or so it costs though. I’m not sure fillers and non surgical injectables do much for jowls as they add too much extra volume in the jawline.

No. You don't need a facelift at all.

OP, you definitely do NOT look saggy though. Your face looks fine, you have a great jawline.

Nobody “needs” a face lift. Not one human. And I say that as someone who had upper eyelid surgery for pretty advanced lid ptosis. I wanted it, I got it, it fixed my complaints entirely.

Your face looks great. Remember almost every picture of a face you see published online or elsewhere will have been manipulated. Do not compare your own face with fakery.
Or with contemporaries who have even injected and tweaked.

Fishing for compliments?? You've got a normal face, and you don't need anything doing to it. Try getting therapy for self-esteem.

I think you look really youthful. I had fat removal under my chin and jawline which really helped with my jowls and made me feel much better about myself.

You don't need a facelift (really no one needs a facelift), and it's quite a brutal surgery. Maybe the techniques they use today are different, but my friends mum had one in the 2000s and she looked terrifying while it was healing.

You might want to do something about all those black and orange lines. Everything else looks fine.

Your neck looks like the absolutely, perfectly normal jawline and neck of a woman in her 40s. You don't need a facelift.
