I’m excited for the next box - a lovely treat in January especially as I didn’t do the calendar thing this year. I had major fomo so have decided to save up my beauty drop account to get one next time!

However I’ve also got my eye on a few makeup bits (big fan of the hourglass tubing mascara among other stuff) and I’ll run out of Biologique Recherche at some point. And a spring perfume… Saving up could be a challenge 😁

I'm pissed off with Liberty at the moment, I ordered a necklace, they sent me the wrong one. And then wouldn't send me the new one till I had returned the old one and of course it is sold out now. The whole thing has just been so slow and clunky dealing with their customer service and I am really wary of ordering from them again. Frustrated as I love the beauty boxes and shop with them regularly for fabric and stuff

Has anyone else had issues with Liberty sending the wrong things recently. I ordered a very specific cushion (because it went with a colour theme in a bedroom) and have been sent an entirely different one. Coming straight after the necklace debacle I have pretty much lost confidence in ordering from Liberty but not sure if I have just been really unlucky?

There hasn't been an issue with beauty products, they've all arrived correctly thankfully

Not recently, but a few years ago I got a random mens handkerchief and a sewing box instead of a piece of fabric, and a few months later they mixed up some more fabric.
But they were really helpful.

To be fair, I think the necklace scenario is fair. I wouldn’t expect them to send a replacement until they got the first one back. You could have just reordered the one you wanted, then sent the wrong one back.

I haven’t had any problem with them at all. My orders have all been correct and a missing item from a BD box was sent immediately.

I think my issue is more that they sent the wrong thing in the first place, which meant it had sold out by the time they got it back. I think they could have kept one in reserve for me till it was returned. I don't see how they get in a mess sending the wrong thing , it's not really an issue I have ever encountered with other shops

I have. John Lewis mislabelled a pair of shoes on their website, they had the wrong product code. They sent me the wrong colour three times. Eventually I had a laugh with a lovely customer service woman who refunded me and told me to keep the shoes. It’s quite common.

Oh wow,.that must have felt like some kind of groundhog day!
I order all the time online (I am disabled and largely housebound although luckily can work from home) and genuinely have never had this happen before

It was amusing in the end. Fortunately I worked literally next door to a JL branch so it was relatively easy to keep returning them. The conversation that eventually resolved it was an absolute joy, the woman was lovely.

I had john lewis send me a wrong thing, i reordered and then sent the wrong one back and got a refund so yeah I paid twice for like 3 days but it was all on credit card anyway and I wanted to be sure of having it for xmas.

I'm so looking forward to the upcoming beauty drop. I've just got out of hospital after being admitted for pneumonia on New Year's Day and I need a pick me up! I was hoping that the universe would balance the pneumonia with a premium bonds win but no such luck.

Looking forward to receiving my first box, may be a little delayed (not sure of cut off) as set up my subscription last night x Stuck in a rut skincare wise with cheap/middle of the road products (Vichy etc) and looking forward to trying new things without spending a fortune (very sensitive skin) or wasting my money if it doesn't work for me

When I joined in September they sent me the previous box (June/July?) within 2 weeks of joining then not long after that I received the October box along with everyone else.

I think you will get the January box but you may also get the previous box too.

I always delete those emails without reading them. I hate to say it but this feels like a deliberate attempt to prevent them being used.

They send them out separately as well, it’s thrown us before. For some reason they seem to show up at the bottom of the Sunday email before they send the loyalty emails out.

Are we supposed to get a birthday loyalty voucher though? I never got one this year if so.

I have just found voucher at bottom of Liberty email (would have had no idea so thanks for heads up) but not showing in my Liberty online Account - would expect it to be there too - I'm confused!

I didn’t get my birthday voucher either. I emailed to ask for it and they sent me a code.

The voucher at the bottom of the email is just the voucher from Liberty collective points (which are based on amount spent up to 30 Nov). It is always also sent separately as an email in the first week or so of January, April, July and October, so not an issue if you delete the Sunday email. The Beauty Drop accumulated value is sent separately, on a monthly basis with a “You’ve been topped up” email.

The voucher number sent yesterday was sent separately today as well (at least for me)
