Albert was in tears when Charles Leclerc won - it's the first time in 93 years that it's actually been won by a Monagesque! Albert understandably emotional!

@Maireas he won the most boring race in f1 history. Although I’m very please for Charles and Albert’s reaction was brilliant - he even joined in spraying the champagne.

There are always a lot of celebs and I loved Alexandra Daddario’s D & G dress.

Was it really, @Propertylover ?! My son is a fan and saw him watching it, but have no interest myself!

Charlene has been looking great lately but I don't like that dress- she looks like a Christmas ornament.

Monaco is always a boring race. It’s very difficult to overtake so pretty much where someone qualifies (as a result of a timed lap) is where they will finish, unless they crash or break down.

I agree that dress of Charlene’s is particularly weird. It looks like whoever designed it completely changed their mind halfway through

typo and meant to add most people go to the F1 in Monaco for the glamour, not the race 😆

Char looks great - her hair is fab. I think she'd have rocked the silver as a complete dress, rather than mainly red with a silver accent.

It's really nice to see Charlene looking so well, it's quite obvious she's feeling much better in herself.

Not sure if these have already been posted, they are a week or so old. Haakon and Mette-Merit seem to be releasing quite a few official pics. First a couple of formal photos. I like the red dress though the detail being in the same colour makes it a bit lost. The white one I'm not keen on the band around the shoulders, though I've seen that a few times recently so maybe it in fashion. MM looking lovely overall though.

They're beautiful pictures. I think the deep red dress is gorgeous, but I agree about the white one. Both look lovely though, and I'm glad she's well.

And then a few less formal ones released. I think MM looks lovely here. At first I was wondering about the brown cushion or blanket, but later realised it was their dog 🐶

Crumbs, I'm overloading you all with pictures today but on the theme on Monaco GP, here are a couple of Zara. Bare feet and double chins, I don't think Zara will be pleased with these, never mind the late Queen. Aparently she didn't like wedges, so bare feet would be too much 😂(I don't believe that the queen had strong opinions on wedges, whatever the press said)

I think bare foot on a yacht is perfectly normal unless you have flat shoes that have never been worn or socks - the latter not being a good look😂

MM looks great with that pretty wavy hair.

I’ve just had a look at Henri of Luxembourg’s wiki page - he wouldn’t sign the euthanasia act into law. I can’t imagine that happening here. They wriggled round it by amending the constitution but imagine if the King did something like that here? It’s unthinkable!
