I’ve had a response from Liberty customer service, the pre-order period is open until 21st August. So quite a while. New BD subscribers will be eligible to pre-order when they sign up.

Does anyone have a link to pre-order the advent calendar? I’ve just re-signed up to the BD but can’t find where to actually pre-order rather than go on a waitlist.

Will the £20 discount count until then too? I'm quite tempted now

I've preordered, feels ridiculous in July and I'll have to remind myself later it's already done.
Used up a bunch of credit, want to try the lip plump and hair mask, I'll have forgotten what's in it by December so hopefully will be a fun surprise.

Good idea @wheresmyshoe , how is it two more payments though? I just resubscribed today so I’ll get the July box. I quite like their September and winter kits so will have the discount off those.

I will get the advent calendar, because I do spend £240 throughout the year on skincare and it’s got at least £240 worth of skincare. I’ve never had an AC before so don’t need to think about repeats and quite frankly, I want to join in on the opening threads whilst I’m on mat leave, the threads are fun.

If Vogue release another one I’ll get that too. Do we think they will? They didn’t sell out until quite close to Christmas.

My payments go out on the 17th @BakeOffRewatch so I'll be able to add July and August before the August 21st deadline.

I'm beginning to edge towards pre ordering as I've worked out that (if I've done my sums correctly) then the value of all the things I would buy & those I want to try totals £657.40

And adding 2 more BD credits I'd get the AC for £40.

It's just that I've never spent that much on an advent calendar & although I've got all that money in my BD account - it's making me feel a bit giddy

Morning, is anyone else having problems with their account? I tried to pre order the advent calendar last week, but after it went through (with a voucher plus my BB credit applied) it immediately came up as cancelled. I’d also had to change my password when I initially logged on.

I emailed customer service, and they said some people were having issues with vouchers, and to order at full price and they would refund me the voucher value. I’ve been trying to log on to do this, and it keeps telling me my log in details are wrong. I’ve tried resetting my password again, and it still won’t accept my log in.

How do I pre order the advent calendar? I'm a BD member but I don't get the emails. We I log on it takes me to a pre register your interest page. 🤷‍♀️

I went to Liberty yesterday to sniff out (literally) what was there, and to use my credit voucher on a Diptyque candle. It is such a nice experience going to the store, despite the problematic CS online.

I'm quite tempted the AC. I like nice candles, and I use Good Genes daily (it's really improved my sikn). Cleansers etc do get used up, and while I am not a fan of brands like Ren, I have always used them. I've made a decent dent n my stock this year so I feel like it wouldn't too extravagant. I don't wear much makeup but have heard great things about the eye shadow so I'm interested in trying it

I've had a closer look.

Four or five I'd give to DD. I don't wear makeup but she loves it. The two candles would make nice Christmas presents and I'd use 15 of them myself.

The DODS would be good genes and the Votary and potentially the Paula's choice if DD doesn't want it. I suspect I could sale those on Vinted (or get DD to do it for commission!!)

Overall it's probably worth it for me but I've only got £40 on my account and a £10 voucher so may wait until I've paid up for this month before ordering - I'll have to think about it.

I've sometimes successfully swapped items here. So if anyone's too many good genes or Paula's choice, I could easily swap one of my items. Good way to get rid of unwanted bits and getting something you'll use instead.

Talking of swaps - if I do get the Liberty AC then I'll take all the unwanted AB Rich Cream & give away the SR Good Genes & anything else I don't want.

I think that I must be one of the few people on this thread who love AB Rich Cream! And originally I was a sceptic!

I do like this calendar more than last year, mulling it over. I do like Bader too.

It's a tricky one to commit to early as who knows what the Black Friday etc deals will be?

I do think that for the price, it would have been nice to have a full size Aromatherapy Associates bath oil rather than a 9 ml size. John Lewis and Fortnum & Mason have often had full size AA bath oil. I think the AC is nice this year, but I don't think it has any products I'm excited about, except maybe the Lisa Eldridge. Ideally, I was hoping for an 8 ml Jones Road Miracle balm or other Jones Road make up, a Le Labo 15 ml spray ( I liked last years Le Labo Rose, but prefer sprays), a 10 ml Diptyque perfume, a more wearable lipstick & a full size cleansing balm. I would like my ideal AC to cover lots of categories rather than double up on some. So a full size cleanser rather than a 20 ml one & two eye creams. I'm happy to have as many spray scents as possible.

Can anyone tell me do you have to pay the full amount when you preorder? I’ve got £40 plus a £10 loyalty voucher but if it’s a deposit and pay late in using more BD credit is be more tempted than having to pay up front just now…

Anyone know when the next BD drop box is due please? I have to go away for a few weeks later this month and I'm really hoping it will turn up before then - and if it doesn't contain some serum I'm going to cry and sulk because I'm about to run out. Oh and I could do with some exfoliating face wash and some sun screen wouldn't go amiss... but please Liberty if you love me at all.... no more hand cream or body wash
