I just got my Fenwick GWP. It’s a great one and the bonus four samples are really generous sizes too.

Yes finally got mine today too! I was starting to worry it wouldn't be worth the wait if it ever arrived but it's a great GWP and agree samples are good sizes too.

It says it’s live until 25 May, but I can’t see it come up in my bag, I wonder if this is the same for those who have already received it?

It definitely came up in my basket after I reached the £180 spend. I’ve just had a look and it’s no longer coming up in the basket so I wonder if they’ve sold out 😔

Hi- have to say I think the Marks and Sparks summer beauty bag (£30 for £170) is particularly good value

The Fenwick GWP didn’t come up in my basket after I met the threshold spend, but I went ahead with the order anyway in hope it’s a glitch.

Might email customer services, be a bit miffed if I don’t get it as wouldn’t have placed the order otherwise.

It’s still being advertised as available and agree it’s a great deal.

Now have enough Dermalogica to last me all year, not a bad thing but that’s what I generally spend my Liberty BD on.

Fenwicks do have a much better selection of products, this was my first order, tempted by this thread after reading about the brilliant GWP.

Just need to vent my spleen at Liberty. Trying to order with remaining Beauty Drop vouchers. First order, total cock up with Amazon delivery. Refunded. Ordered something else. Total cock up with DPD delivery due to Liberty not being able to write my address correctly. Said they’d redeliver. Now saying cancelled, no refund. Absolute shower. Just want my money back as they are such a waste of my time.

Has anyone been able to get a refund from vouchers? It really doesn’t seem possible to spend them online for me and I’m not planning to go to London.

Exchanging vouchers for a cash refund you mean? I can’t imagine they would agree to that unfortunately.

I've jad vouchers replaced sorh more vouchers when orders have gone wrong

It's no hassle. I've used vouchers before. No difference than using Beauty credit.

It’s not the spending them, it’s the deliveries actually arriving 😬So far two different orders but no delivery.

Anyone had a problem with their beauty drop credit? I bought something, didn't fit so sent it back.
Got an email to confirm they received my return.
Refund showed in beauty drop. All good.
Just looked now and balance is 0.00!
Clicked 'email me my voucher' Still says 0.00.
It was £169!

Ooh should add.... I have left beauty drop but assumed my credit would still show?

@GinandGingerBeer When I returned something, they sent me a gift voucher for the balance. Check your emails.

And this might sound horrible patronising but check the whole of your Liberty emails. They have a habit of putting things like codes at the end and my Gmail account now seems to cut off the end of all but the shortest emails until you open them in a separate window.
