Clue is in the title really

No 7 hydraluminous lip balm for me. Because it's glossy and has enough tint to it.

Love to hear which lip balms you can't do without

Original Chapstick here too …but am hoping to keep it secret so nobody else knows and it’s never sold out!

Love this thread! Have naturally full lips (and that all I have going for me 🤣) that get so sore - EOS is my go to but they don't sell it here anymore ?!

Amazon have them

@Paw2024 sorry yes they do and I buy them they are just double the price 🤣

I've tried loads from high end to cheaper but lanolips is the one I always return to. Have given up trying others now. It's so thick and moisturizing and leaves a subtle shine. I've permanently got a tube on the go and apply at least once in the morning and before bed. I've not had cracked sore lips in years.

Does the Hydraluminous colour stay on ?
@njg616
What colour do you have?

I love the Glossier one for texture and formulation but not the colours and I hate slidy balms that don't stay on .

I have the Blush and Nude ones and they stay on very well

I swear by Blistex, have used since teenager.. nothing else works at all on me for healing.

However, I recently got a sknfed one which is amazing - it's some other kind of butter (cocoa/shea) and doesn't dry out skin like all the petroleum ones.

Forever Living's Aloe Lips. Available from Amazon. It's brilliant.

Vaseline. I hate flavoured lip balm. I don't care that I'm putting a petrol derivative on my lips. It works for me.

Newyorrker · 06/09/2024 09:24

Nuxe

Tarragon123 · 06/09/2024 12:26

Thank you for that. My Carmex is now going in the bin!

Carmex. I even put it on my nose when I have a cold so it doesn't get chapped!

Me too. Carmex is the best.

I've just ordered lanolips in rose gold, i did have to pay £4.00 delivery but got 3 free ones to try.

StormingNorman · 06/09/2024 18:08

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream
Blistex Relief Cream
Blistex Medicated (blue pot)

SqueakyDinosaur · 06/09/2024 21:38

Le Petit Marseillais, the yellow one with almond oil and shea butter, is lovely. I use the tinted Eight Hour cream ones for daytime instead of lipstick.
