I bought the White Stuff socks which are tucked away until my daughter arrives a couple of days before xmas.

For me, I've bought Liberty, M&S, Harrods fragrance, the Flannels fragrance cracker and I'll be having a tantrum if my husband hasn't bought my Jo Malone for my xmas/birthday present. I also bought one of the £50 mystery bridal beauty boxes and a ghost fragrance calendar for a tenner on Vinted. I think I've got a bit carried away this year 😆😆

I've got Diptyque. I had four last year and it was a bit ridiculous when I was already trying to work my way through a massive stash! I'd much rather have (and will use up much more quickly) some lovely scented candles and perfumes than a load of serums etc that will take me forever to get through. That's not to say I haven't been tempted to buy more...

I have been reasonably restrained on advent calendars (By Terry for December and the £19 Ciate one) but then went a bit mad with non-advent Black Friday deals.

I am really into fragrances and candles atm @SwordBilledHummingbird - your purchase sounds lovely!

@Growlybear83 - I hope someone posts the details of the £50 bridal beauty box somewhere at some point. I am keen to know what’s in this, and in the £100 version. I was interested in both, but haven’t got money to spend on stuff I won’t use and can’t regift.

(My DoD are: brow gels/pencils, make up setting sprays, lip pencils, powder, brushes, dry shampoo, false eyelashes/curlers, gummies, CBD products and soap😹)

Almost just bought the Occitane for £33 but reined myself in, I already have 4 ACs......quite impressed with my restraint!

I had bought the ok one for my daughter, and the nail varnish for my other dd - but the l'occitane discount has made me crack and get that (might give it to my sister)

Dee 1224 - Yes, I'll post what's in my box when it arrives. My DoDs are almost exactly the same as yours, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that most of the contents will be usable.

I've always wanted to try a Lumene calendar but I soooo don't need it 🙈

Contemplates buying and hiding for next year....

L'Occitane is sold out now at All Beauty, Lumene and a couple of others still available.

This year I just have M&S, plus the White Stuff socks. Tempted to give the socks to charity, I'm not a colourful socks type of person 😂 My order for the men's version of the sock advent was cancelled, I'd much rather have had that one to give to my son.

Mustn't lose hope though - this time last year I just had M&S, but a week later had ended up with bargain reductions on Glossy Box, Nespresso, Bonne Maman jam, Degustabox and even a huge Doritos calendar (that one was disgustingly tacky, Liberty and Vogue buyers would not have allowed it over the doorstep😂). Plus I always fill old beauty advents with sweets and chocolates for the family, the house was overrun with advents 😜

I am actually pleased to hear that L’occitaine has gone @IDontKnowWhatYouMean - I was definitely wobbling 😹

@IDontKnowWhatYouMean Thank you!! I just bought the Lumene Advent for £53.13 I just started using the Lumene product from last year’s John Lewis Calendar, the Berry Face oil & really like it. It was probably the best item in there (IMO). I don’t really like candles/fragrance and don’t wear make up, so I’m really looking forward to the Lumene, along with the Vogue. Getting excited now 😁

In addition to advents, I bought a few makeup bits to try in the Trinny London Black Friday sale so I definitely won't need anymore of anything now for quite some time!

I need to start a 6 month beauty buying ban to reset and use stuff up I think.

I've got a big birthday at the end of January and I'm going to use it as a Jadvent countdown to my birthday 💃.

I'm going to recap the cost by definitely NOT buying random advents I don't even want, like jam/coffee/crisps/curry spices 😂.

I'm actually really happy that I've bought something nice, with the added bonus that I will be able to stop refreshing the TikTok page for the LiB advent, so it's a win-win for me - I've got a lovely advent to look forward to and I'm also getting my life back😜

@MidnightMeltdown I totally get that way of thinking! I have so much stuff I couldn’t justify another beauty advent or any Black Friday offers. Enjoy all of your lovely new purchases and come and join after Christmas.

@IDontKnowWhatYouMean - I got it on Amazon. It popped up as a suggestion when I was buying my jam calendar. I always buy a Christmas jigsaw anyway so this killed two birds for me.

I think I'm in a better position than many of you in this thread who have got huge supplies of products. Until I bought the Harrods calendar last year, I had never ever bought a single skin care product apart from Neals Yard beauty balm, so I've not got a big stash at all. I had my first Jo malone fragrance calendar two years ago but until I happened upon last years thread on here, I had no idea beauty advent calendars even existed! I've really enjoyed using most of the things from last years calendar and also joined the Liberty beauty drop, and I'm making up for not having calendars in the last now 😆😆

is Lumene stilll on sale? I can't find it anywhere?
