Continuing the discussion ...will there be some good discounts?

I've just gone through all the stuff I've amassed over the last few years advent calendars, I have loads of skincare stuff, body creams, exfoliators etc. Do I really need a new AC this year?! But I have FOMO 🤣🤣🤣

Tempted by a perfume one maybe but they are £££ and what if they are all stinking 🙈

@beguilingeyes it is that one and apparently you can get it for £40 on the TikTok shop but I'm not sure how it works!

@wondabar . Just download the TikTok app , Search by Latest in Beauty and go into their shop it should be there. Make sure you claim your TikTok coupons and it should go down to around £41 . I saw it for £39 yesterday! the price does move up and down as the prices are fluid on TikTok. I just checked now myself and I could buy it for £41.40 . Make sure you only use the Latest in Beauty shop as there are a few scam sites on there so I only use this shop and make sure you have the volume muted!

LiB is the only reason I ended up with a TikTok account. I can't make sense of anything else on there and it's an exhausting app otherwise.

Put the item in your basket, click on Voucher and claim both vouchers:
11% from tiktok
And
£12 from LiB

Go back to basket and check final price £41.40 then go to pay and check again it's still showing as £41.40 as you are paying
A lot of faff but if I managed (after several goes on a different purchase ages ago), then anyone can.

Alternatively, get hold of any teenager and they'll do it for you with their eyes closed

Checking in. So far I've only got the Harrods fragrance calendar and Flannels fragrance cracker. Hoping there's some reductions in black Friday sales.

Has anyone bought the Jo Loves calendar?? Not sure if it's both waaay too £££ and also a total gamble re scents?

I had Jo Loves last year and I was really pleased with it. I love all of the fragrances, and really liked the voucher to order a 100ml bottle of my choice. The only reason I'm not having it again this year is that some of the contents are quite similar to last year, and as I've still got some bits left, I'm having Jo Malone instead.

Couperi - thank you for mentioning the Flannels cracker - it had completely passed me by!

Oh no @Couperi what have you done? Somehow that Flannels fragrance cracker just jumped right into my basket! Tbf I am resisting the LiB edit at a similar price as I just don't think I will use it - whereas fragrance has been a big hit for me and something I actually am using!

Also I got a Blue Light discount so - rude not to eh?

Just looking at the flannels crackers and think they may be a hit but is delivery 6.99 or am I misreading it?

I was surprised by the cost of delivery too. I've signed up for their emails in the hope that I might get a code for free postage before I check my cracker out.

I thought it was quite a bargain! Postage is high but I ordered some of the TO lip balm at the same time to make it a bit more worthwhile.

Agree Flannels crackers are good but yes, their delivery is really steep and I’ve never seen it reduced. Annoyingly it even applies if you choose to collect in store.

I think Flannels is ownef by the Sports Direct guy which really puts me off tbh.

Brand Alley have last year’s L’Occitane advent Calendar today for £49. I was tempted but checked and it was £55 last year full price so not that much of a reduction!

I was so much more impressed by the calendars last year! I got a few that were discounted majorly like the Elle one (half price) , latest in beauty (I held out and think I got it for about £130), flannels was half price and glossybox surprisingly even had a bunch of items I really like and already use so I got it when it was half price (most of the other items I gifted to my teenage niece for Xmas so it worked out nicely!). None of these ones are any good this year and are full of crap. I was sort of tempted by Elle/latest in beauty but then when I compare them to last year it makes me not want to get them.

Sephora probably looks the best to me this year but still has a lot of filler stuff that I'm not sure id even be able to gift. I'll wait to see if it gets discounted though and if It doesn't and I miss out then I don't mind too much. Boots seems quite good for the price and could help bulk out some Xmas presents so I may get that one.

John Lewis one is a JOKE!!! I laughed when I saw some of the things in it. It has always been pretty good in previous years. The box is probably the prettiest out of all of them though.

Does anyone know if SpaceNK will be doing another GWP before Christmas? The one in September surely wasn't the Christmas one.. ? It was rubbish. Previous years have been great.

@GracePalmer33 have you watched an unboxing of Sephora? It was my front runner until I saw a YouTube video of it being opened. Really put me off.

CB are already advertising for Black Friday so Space NK shouldn’t be far behind. Unsure about a GWP though.

Cult Beauty are starting to discount the calendar, they sent me a 10% off code today. Nope, still not tempted.
