Someone needs her colours done 😂

LividHot · 10/07/2023 12:09

She’s a beautiful woman. This picture is bizarre.

SaturdayGiraffe · 10/07/2023 12:10

This one made me laugh the other day. Looks a bit adult diaper…

Haha!
I thought this was a weird pose- but that one wins!

I understand it when poses to highlight certain features like fabric drape etc, sometimes mean the model doing odd, contortionist stuff.

But I just can't understand what is being brought to the Raey table with that stance.
And, yes, @LividHot, she's a nice looking woman. Bet she was as perplexed as the rest of us.

It's the same pose as most of the men on ASOS. I can't look for anything on there for DS without being gobsmacked at the stupid way most of them are standing.

ReginaPerrin · 10/07/2023 12:25

It looks like they’ve photoshopped heavy shopping bags out of the Raey picture!

Youcunnyfunt · 10/07/2023 12:52

It looks like they've asked Sandra in accounts to do a Kevin.

BarbaraofSeville · 10/07/2023 13:01

It must be the new style. I'm now trying to decide whether I hate it more or less than the 'mirror selfie' pose used by small fashion retailers that make them look like they can't afford a proper photographer and can't even persuade any friends to help them so are just modelling all the clothes themselves.

People in the future are going to look at photographs of today and wonder why no-one was able to stand up straight.

It's still far better than the mirror selfies. I don't even look, far less buy anything modelled that way.

SO you look good when the zombie apolocalyse comes!?

altmember · 10/07/2023 13:39

I think it's very honest of them to a include a picture of 'and this is how you'll look at the end of a heavy night.' 😂

Black Giant suit jacket | Raey | MATCHESFASHION UK
Just why?
It looks like a 5 yr old has nicked her dad's funeral suit

😂

Chewbaccaslime · 10/07/2023 13:43

Let's be honest here, most of the general population have rubbish posture and terrible fashion sense. That is probably a true depiction of how the dress would look on most people.

I say more retailers should do the same. They probably won't sell as much and bring about the downfall of fast fashion.

Lamelie · 10/07/2023 13:44

I thought it was about that Twitter post.

Way to ruin an absolutely cracking set of abs.

happyasaseagullstealingchips · 10/07/2023 13:48

As someone with severe scoliosis I find it quite useful lets me know what it's like on me 😆

pocketshelled · 10/07/2023 13:52

This is like a mad exaggeration of the appallingly named "Heroine Chic" trend of yore. What is this new and highly offensive fashion called?

"Zombie Chic"

"Fashion of The Walking Dead"

"Plight of The Living Chic"

"Worn of the Dead"

Sorry my zombie pun maker seems to be a bit sticky today.

BreakfastOfWaffles · 10/07/2023 13:57

Perhaps the model had a busy schedule and was running directly to her next job as an extra in a new zombie film?!

FayCarew · 10/07/2023 14:04

@Chewbaccaslime , other than it being shown on someone slim. Most people are overweight.

Newgolddream70 · 10/07/2023 14:40

Very Kevin and Perry or Delia (from the Tom Gates books) in other words, the flouncing teenager it's not fair look

The mirror selfies always remind me of the crap Chinese clothing sites called things like Chicwish or Titchic or just random words shoved together. The ones where they just photoshop the clothes on. I’d never buy from a shop with selfies for that reason.

Crikey looks like she’s auditioning for a Zombie movie.
