The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay are William and Catherine! Those are their titles in Scotland, so you were right, they are attending.

Here's a screenshot of the article published by the Scottish Government and like most SG communications it could be taken either way. Attending events as in all the events including the main one or attending events, but only the sideshows. First read I took it to mean the main event. What it doesn't say is if we can expect Humza with his face tripping him like a melted welly as per his Westminster Abbey appearance.
And I don't think we will ever see William in a kilt. Thank goodness for Major Johnny. My granny would say "now there's a man that knows how to swing his kilt".

I was also pondering on Camilla’s outfit on Saturday. It did seem to be trying to link the public’s perception of her with the QEII, the whole heuristics discussion. That is what I find so fascinating about the clothing choices, all careful messaging to us.

Alessandra Rich - very elegant, and slightly different shoes! It's unusual to see Sophie in sleeveless dresses.

I'm not keen on Sophie's ensemble.
Kate's is grand -she has a great figure so can wear it but the neck is a bit too high imho. I prefer the other Alessandra Rich dress she and all the celebrities it seems has worn- the blue polka dot one with white neckline iirc.

Jennifer Chamandi shoes! I swoon! I have long hankered after a pair of those (Bea also wears them).

I really like Kate’s whole look today. Sophie’s not so much (not a fan of the sleeveless bodice and the print is a bit too bold and floral for me).

Yes, the shoes make a nice change and I think it's quite a chic look. I like bold colour and prints, though and it's nice to see Sophie move away from pastels.

Love Kate's shoes and the hat, particularly the ribbons on the hat that match the polka dots.

I preferred the very similar polka dot dress that Kate wore to Ascot with the slightly larger spots and the less severe neckline. That said, I'm not sure that Kate's got it wrong with Alessandra Rich so far.

If I was being kind I would say that I like the print of Sophie's dress but that's about it.
